In India, Axis Bank is one of the fast-emerging private sector banks with widespread branches all over that offer a wide range of products and services, including credit cards.

Its credit cards offer attractive interest rates, cashback, rewards, discounts, etc., which further help to maximise the savings on the transactions. Some of the Axis Bank credit cards are the Axis Bank Magnus Credit Card, Axis Bank Vistara Credit Card, Axis Bank Neo Credit Card, Axis Bank MyZone Credit Card, and many more.

Nowadays, as we can see with the increasing demand for credit cards, the process of making credit card bill payments has also been simplified. There are two modes available, namely, online and offline, to pay off the outstanding balance instantly. Let us discuss in detail the various modes of making Axis Bank Credit Card Bill Payment.

  1. Via Internet Banking

Step 1: Open the official website of Axis Bank.

Step 2: Login using username and password.

Step 3: Click on the “Credit Cards”.

Step 4: Choose the desired credit card for which the payment is to be made.

Step 5: Click on “Pay Now”.

Step 6: Choose the bank account from where the payment is to be made.

Step 7: Input the bill amount.

Step 8: Click on “Proceed”.

  • Via Mobile Banking

Step 1: At first, customers should download the Mobile App of Axis Bank available on the Play Store or IOS.

Step 2: Log in to the Axis Mobile App.

Step 3: Click on the “Credit Cards”.

Step 4: Then, the credit card should be chosen against which payment is to be made.

Step 5: Click on “Pay Now”.

Step 6: Input the amount to be paid.

  • By Auto Debit
  • Via Mobile App

Step 1: Customers should firstly make a log in to the Axis Bank’s mobile app.

Step 2: Go to the tab “Services”.

Step 3: Click on the “Auto-Debit” option.

Step 4: Choose the card for which the amount is to be auto-debited.

Step 5: The auto-debit facility will get activated.

  • Via Net Banking

Step 1: Open the official website of Axis Bank.

Step 2: Login using your User ID and password.

Step 3: Click the tab “Services”, and then click on “Credit Cards”.

Step 4: Set the auto-debit facility from the account you want to debit.

Step 5: The auto-debit facility will get activated.

  • By Visiting ATM

Step 1: Visit any nearest ATM.

Step 2: Insert the credit card into the machine.

Step 3: Choose option “Services”.

Step 4: Enter the credit card number twice.

Step 5: Fill out the credit card details along with the amount to be paid.

  • Through Cash
  • Axis Bank credit card bills can also be paid via cash at Bank branches also. It will be cleared the very same day, and INR 100 will be charged as a service fee.
  • Through Cheque
  • A cheque or draft can be drawn in favour of the ‘Axis Bank Credit Card number’.
  • It must be dropped five days before the due date and should not be a post-dated cheque.
  • Via UPI

First-time users are required to register themselves to avail the services.

Step 1: The mobile banking app must be logged in.

Step 2: Under the tab “Accounts”, click on “UPI”.

Step 3: A system-generated SMS will then be sent via your mobile

Step 4: Create a UPI ID.

Step 5: Choose the account number to link the UPI ID with.

Mentioned below are different UPI apps available to make payment of credit card bills.

  • Via Paytm

Step 1: Open the Paytm on your desktop and sign in.

Step 2: Click on “Credit Card Bill Payment”.

Step 3: Enter the card number and amount to be paid.

  • Via Gpay

Step 1: Open the Gpay on your mobile phone and sign in.

Step 2: Under “Bill and Recharges”,Click on “Credit Cards”.

Step 3: Select the bank and then link your bank account by entering the last 4 digits of the card and mobile number.

Step 4: Input the amount to be paid.

  • Via PhonePe

Step 1: Open the PhonePay app.

Step 2: Under the “Recharges and Pay Bills” section, choose “Credit Card Bill.

Step 3: Enter the card number and click on “Confirm” to link the credit card.

  • Via Mobikwik

Step 1: Launch the app.

Step 2: Input the credit card number and the amount to be paid.

  • Via Amazon Pay

Step 1: Open Amazon Shopping App.

Step 2: Under “Bill Payments”, choose “Credit Card Bill option”.

Step 3: Input the credit card number and name of the cardholder. Select Axis Bank from the dropdown, and click on proceed by entering the amount to be paid.

  • Via NEFT

Step 1: Login using the User ID and password.

Step 2: Click on “Fund Transfers” and then select “NEFT”.

Step 3: Choose the Axis Bank credit card from the list of beneficiaries.

Step 4: Input the amount to be paid, review it, and then make payment.

  1. Via RTGS

Step 1: Use your User ID and password to log in.

Step 2: Click on “Fund Transfers” and then select “RTGS”.

Step 3: Choose the Axis Bank credit card from the list of beneficiaries.

Step 4: Enter the amount to be paid, review, and then make payment.

  • Through BillDesk

Step 1: Visit the Axis Bank Card Net BillDesk portal.

Step 2: Enter the credit card details and choose the bank from which the payment is to be made.

Step 3: Enter the net banking details and confirm the payment.

Step 4: The amount will be debited on an instant basis, and the bank will also receive the payment on the same day.

  • Via IMPS

Step 1: The mobile banking app should be downloaded from the Play Store or IOS.

Step 2: Using the User ID and password, make a login.

Step 3: Under the tab “Funds Transfer”, click on “IMPS”.

Step 4: Enter the details like mobile number, credit card number, and MMID number, along with the amount to be paid.

Step 5: Click on “Submit”.

  • Via SMS

One can also pay the amount outstanding by sending an SMS from the registered mobile number for any amount under INR 5,000.

The last six digits of your Axis Bank savings or current account, space payment amount, and space the last four digits of your credit card number. After that, send it to 5676782.
