Transforming people’s lives through Life Coaching: Aamish Dhingra, Cocoweave Coaching
Started back in 2018 during the post grad as the concept of a coworking space and then moved into the corp sector to work with one of the big 4’s (EY).
Aamish Dhingra worked in EY approximately for 18 months and found his life to be pretty much messed up w.r.t. the work culture and he understood his mental health needed some attention.
Hence Aamish Dhingra moved out of that and started to work for himself and started working in as a role of a Life Coach.
In 2020, he got himself certified as a Level 2 – PCC Certified Life Coach from International Coaching Federation, USA and then moved into the coaching industry, as an advancement to his current profile.
Aamish pursued the certified for a Certified Practitioner of Coaching and a Meta Dynamics Level 1 Trainer from International Coach Guild, Australia.

What is your mission and vision at the outset?
My Vision has been to impact maximum no. of lives and make it a better place for people to live in. My Mission has been to impart the best of the education to the individuals and help transform lives.
What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
My Failure which has now been the turnaround has basically been the ability to understand and make peace with my mental health which enforces me to coach only when my ability is at point.
A lot of times what has happened in the past is that as a human I have been unable to understand that with the current mental health it is impossible to coach my clients, and now the clarity that I have sought over the same has transformed my life.
What was the inspiration behind turning an entrepreneur or Startup:
My Inspiration has purely been my Father, who has built up everything from scratch and has always backed his instinct and his decision making ability for the Entrepreneurial venture.
Your success tips for young and aspiring entrepreneurs and startups:
- Understand your capability
- Back yourself
- Always be on the lookout to create a new offering
- Look to create and nurture your USP instead of cross cutting the competition.
