We observed that numerous startups lacked effective storytelling. Motivated to bridge this gap, we founded a company dedicated to crafting compelling narratives for businesses. Our core belief lies in creating impactful communications.

With over a decade of experience spanning diverse sectors, including Education, Technology, Electric Vehicles, Real Estate, Ministries, and now venturing into emerging sectors like Blockchain and AI, we’ve come to realize the profound difference between understanding business and telling a brand’s story effectively.

Our inspiration is to contribute to India’s economy, particularly in the startup landscape. We are firm believers in providing opportunities to individuals from all backgrounds.

We started with just two people, and today, we’ve grown to a team of 34+ members. We’ve invested in training our team to be the best, equipped them with cutting-edge technology, and stay abreast of industry trends. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a chance, no matter where they come from.

Abhinay Kumar Singh: At Adgcraft, we prioritize three things for strong client relationships: delivering what we promise, building trust, and communication. We understand that client satisfaction is vital for long-term partnerships. By aligning our promises with what we can deliver, being transparent, and consistently providing value, we’ve built lasting relationships.

Our commitment to understanding client values and telling stories that resonate with the audience has led to significant growth, with startups becoming established companies. When we sit with clients for our initial project discussions, we assess their level of awareness about the PR process.

If we find that clients may not have much knowledge, we take the initiative to educate them by conducting informative sessions. This ensures that they are aware of how PR is going to impact them.

With the increasing influence of digital media, how has Adgcraft Communications adapted its PR strategies to leverage online platforms effectively for its clients?

Abhinay Kumar Singh: As digital media becomes more important, we have refined our PR strategies to make the most of online platforms. We understand that in a country with over 1.3 billion people and widespread mobile connectivity, crafting digital stories is crucial.
