The journey started with extensive research over four years, driven by a vision to design senior living communities that blend inspiration with everyday life. This vision came to life in 2020 with the launch of Manasum Avighna, our flagship project in South Bangalore.
Building on this success, we introduced our second project, Banyan at Godrej Royale Woods, in North Bangalore in 2023.
How does Manasum Senior Living differentiate itself from other senior living service providers in the senior care industry?
Anantharam Varayur:What sets Manasum Senior Living apart is our holistic approach to senior care. We focus not just on physical health, but also on the mental, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Our latest project, IKIGAI Goa, has already received an enthusiastic response, and we are excited to continue innovating and setting new benchmarks in the industry. We envision Manasum as a leader in senior living, known for our commitment to quality, care, and community.
