Share something about your early days & Professional Journey.

Ankit Agarwal: I began my career at Chennai’s Computer Sciences Corporation as a software analyst. In addition to developing my technical abilities, my time in Chennai gave me a strong foundation for navigating the complexities of the corporate as well as technical worlds.

Eventually, my career took me to the Ford Motor Company in Gurgaon, where I gained experience in a new setting and gained more knowledge about the exciting field of information technology. I finished my Executive Program in Global Business Management from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) in Calcutta.

I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from EMERITUS in collaboration with MIT and Columbia Business School.

My entrepreneurial journey began with the foundation of two companies named Coding Materials and TOTRAC. Coding Materials is the leading e-commerce provider of medical coding books for the USA. Our product range includes coding companions, ICD-10 titles, coding charts, e-books, and others.

TOTRAC is an exclusive portal to centrally manage your kids’ growth. From maintaining the medical history to recording the academic details, one can create the complete life book of their tots.

In 2012, we started Dean Infotech. This critical decision marked a turning point in my career. This was primarily the case because the decision was motivated by a strong desire to carve my own path in the exciting world of enterprise solutions and IT consulting.

What inspired you to start Dean Infotech, and what are some key milestones the company has achieved under your leadership?

Ankit Agarwal: Dean Infotech Private Limited is a new-age technical service provider and a digital transformational company. We provide customized Salesforce CRM solutions, web and app development solutions, enterprise solutions, and services like AI, ML, Big Data, and other related services.

The inspiration was to build a company that is a one-stop solution for all the services beneficial for any company’s growth and development. We believe in providing futuristic and tailor-made solutions to companies of every size and a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, education, real estate, manufacturing, and others.
