Ankit Jha: I am Ankit Jha, CMO & Founder of DC Doctor’s Choice, a graduate from Manav Rachna Educational Institution.
I established the company in Oct 2018, driven by a passion for healthcare and technology. My family’s support has been invaluable throughout this journey.
Committed to making a positive impact, I focus on continuous learning and adaptability, aiming to enhance patient care and well-being through DC Doctor’s Choice’s offerings. Excited about the future, I strive to create value for our customers and stakeholders.
Please tell us a little about your entrepreneurial journey
Ankit Jha: My entrepreneurial journey began with a career in the IT industry, working for a renowned company. However, my passion for bodybuilding led me to participate in the prestigious MuscleMania India competition, where I showcased my dedication and talent on an internationally renowned platform for bodybuilders.
My dedication motivated me to open my own supplement store, during this time, I discovered a significant gap in the market for high-quality supplements.
Most good supplements were imported and expensive, while locally available options lacked the desired quality.
Witnessing the demand and positive response from customers, my passion for entrepreneurship grew stronger.
In October 2018, fueled by my vision to provide high-quality supplements accessible to everyone, I founded DC Doctor’s Choice.
The brand quickly gained popularity, standing out from the competition with its unique range of niche products, surpassing the conventional offerings in the market.
Through DC Doctor’s Choice, I have been able to combine my passion for fitness and bodybuilding with my entrepreneurial aspirations, providing customers with access to exceptional supplements and making a meaningful impact on their health and fitness journeys.

Ankit Jha: At the outset, our mission was clear: to provide every customer with a world-class experience. We aimed to surpass expectations, offering top-notch products and services that leave a lasting impression.
Concurrently, our vision was to establish our brand as a global entity originating from India. We aspired to showcase the incredible potential and capabilities of Indian brands on the international stage.
By blending exceptional quality, innovation, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we set out to create an “Made in India” brand that would be recognized and celebrated worldwide, symbolizing excellence and trust.

Ankit Jha: There are about 35 employees in our organisation.

This unexpected increase in demand did pose operational challenges, but it also provided us with valuable opportunities to learn and grow.
Through this experience, we gained a deeper understanding of our operations and identified areas where we could improve our forecasting capabilities.
By analyzing the factors that led to the surge in demand, we have now developed a more robust forecasting process. This allows us to anticipate future spikes in demand and proactively prepare for them.
As a result, we have transformed these challenges into valuable lessons that have strengthened our organization.
