Can you tell us about your journey and what inspired you to start Hyugalife?
Anvi Shah: HyugaLife is a COVID baby. During the pandemic we all realized the importance of a proactive approach towards health. It was then that Neehar, Sachin and I felt the need for a platform for a health consumer. We observed that there was nothing that filled this gap.
that people are either not aware about their health or are completely oblivious to the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. While consumers had access to various websites and brands catering to a wide range of needs, spanning from beauty and apparel to medical requirements, there remained a significant gap in the market.
No brand was exclusively dedicated to addressing individuals’ health and wellness needs or providing extensive education in this realm. Existing brands within this industry primarily focused on promoting their products, lacking a comprehensive approach.
Recognizing this void in the health and wellness sector, it became evident that the absence of a dedicated platform and adequate resources not only affected a specific group but had implications for society as a whole.
This realization led to the inception of HyugaLife. Our aim was to cultivate a health-conscious generation and equip them with the knowledge and tools to lead wholesome and joyful lives.
The health and wellness market is quite competitive. What unique value does Hyugalife bring to this space that sets it apart from other E-Commerce platforms?
Anvi Shah: At HyugaLife, we stand out by our unwavering commitment to fostering a health-conscious generation in India. Our unique value lies in curating a diverse range of high-quality health and wellness products, all under one roof. We prioritize educating our customers, enabling them to make informed decisions about their well-being.
We leverage technology to provide our customers with the best selling experience and help them achieve their health goals. an in-house team of proficient experts who provide real-time guidance to consumers, effectively addressing their inquiries.
This team is entrusted with the task of recommending suitable supplements tailored to individual requirements. Furthermore, we’ve introduced the H-tested program, which involves sending our best-selling products to an impartial third-party laboratory for comprehensive composition verification.
The primary objective of this initiative is to guarantee that the information stated on the product label accurately reflects the contents within, thus aligning with our commitment to customer satisfaction. Within this program, we also conduct rigorous screenings for heavy metals to ensure the safety and usability of our products.
What challenges did you face when launching Hyugalife, and how did you overcome them?
Anvi Shah: Launching HyugaLife came with its share of challenges, notably establishing trust among consumers in the online health and wellness landscape. We overcame this by partnering only with reputable brands and conducting rigorous quality checks.
We also invested in creating valuable content that educates and empowers our customers, and one that values authenticity and reliable information.
How do you ensure the quality and authenticity of the health and wellness products listed on Hyugalife?
Anvi Shah: Ensuring quality and authenticity is paramount to us. Our quality assurance team performs regular checks, and customer feedback plays a pivotal role in identifying any discrepancies. Additionally, we have also introduced the H-Tested Program, an initiative through which we meticulously assess products for their composition.
This rigorous scrutiny guarantees that the information provided on the product labels accurately aligns with what our consumers can expect. This comprehensive program also encompasses meticulous heavy metal testing, further underlining our commitment to product quality and safety.
What criteria do you use to select the products and brands that you feature on Hyugalife?
Anvi Shah: We have a stringent selection process that considers factors such as product efficacy, ingredient transparency, ethical sourcing, and brand reputation. We prioritize products that cater to a wide range of health needs and preferences, ensuring that each item resonates with our commitment to holistic wellness.

Anvi Shah: Our vision is to become the ultimate destination for holistic health and wellness in India. We plan to introduce more personalized features, leveraging AI to offer tailored product recommendations.
