Arnav Gupta, Founder and CEO of We360 ai

An Exclusive Interview with Arnav Gupta, Founder and CEO of We360.ai, one of India’s fastest-growing productivity and workforce analytics platforms

Arnav Gupta, Founder and CEO of We360.ai, discusses pioneering workforce analytics to boost productivity.

Leading one of India’s fastest-growing platforms, he shares insights on transforming data into actionable intelligence for effective business decision-making and employee engagement.

What inspired you to start We360.ai, and how did your background contribute to its founding?

Arnav Gupta: During the pandemic, when most of my father’s employees transitioned to remote work, we noticed a significant challenge in keeping them engaged and maintaining their productivity at an optimal level.

This realization prompted us to recognize that numerous companies worldwide were likely experiencing the same issue. It was at this point that we identified the problem statement and began developing a solution to address it.

The passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and my desire to make a positive impact on the business world were key driving forces to get started

I saw a clear opportunity. I wanted to build a platform that turns everyday operational data into meaningful insights. That vision became We360.ai – a workforce analytics platform that now powers 120,000+ users across 21+ countries.

How does We360.ai’s platform differentiate itself from other productivity and workforce analytics tools in the market?

Arnav Gupta: We360.ai stands out because we combine innovation, simplicity, and purpose in one unified platform.

Key differentiators include:

  • AI Agents designed as digital co-pilots – Clara (Chief of Staff), Emily (L&D), Ethan (Workforce Planning).
  • Real-time visibility into productivity trends, workloads, and risk signals.
  • Ease of use – ranked #1 globally on G2 for ease of use.
  • Holistic analytics that balance performance with employee well-being.
  • Built in India, for the world – scalable, enterprise-ready, and proven across 21+ countries.

While other tools only track activities, We360.ai drives actionable outcomes – helping leaders make smarter decisions, manage talent better, and improve efficiency without compromising trust or transparency.

How have Indian businesses responded to adopting advanced workforce analytics, and what trends do you see emerging?

Arnav Gupta: Indian businesses have become far more data-driven in the last few years. Earlier, productivity was seen as a “soft metric.” Today, it’s a boardroom conversation.

We see three clear trends:

  • Shift from monitoring to enablement – companies want tools that empower teams, not police them.
  • Adoption of AI-first workflows – leaders want predictive insights, automated reporting, and early risk alerts.
  • Focus on employee well-being – burnout detection, workload balance, and L&D data are becoming priorities.

The response has been extremely positive, especially among tech, BFSI, BPO, and fast-scaling startups.

What is your vision for the future of workforce analytics, and how is We360.ai preparing for it?

Arnav Gupta: The future of workforce analytics is autonomous, predictive, and people-centric.

We envision a workplace where AI acts as:

  • a chief of staff,
  • a skill development partner,
  • and a workforce strategist –
     all working alongside humans.

We360.ai is preparing for this future through our AI Agents (Clara, Emily, and Ethan) that automate reporting, detect risks early, personalize learning, and assist in talent planning.

Our long-term goal is to build AI managers that help organizations operate smarter, faster, and more humanly.

Given projections like 59% of workers needing reskilling by 2030, how is We360.ai supporting skills mapping and upskilling programs?

Arnav Gupta: We360.ai directly addresses this challenge through Agent Emily, our AI-powered Learning & Development specialist.

Emily helps organizations by:

  • Identifying skill gaps using performance and behavioral data.
  • Recommending personalized learning paths for each employee.
  • Tracking learning progress and linking it to performance outcomes.
  • Helping leaders design data-backed upskilling and reskilling strategies.

By integrating skills mapping into everyday workflows, we help organizations future-proof their workforce and stay ready for 2030 and beyond.

What role do you see human-AI collaboration playing in workforce productivity, and how is We360.ai preparing organizations for autonomous AI systems?

Arnav Gupta: Human-AI collaboration will be the cornerstone of the future workplace. AI won’t replace people – it will empower them.

We see AI taking over repetitive tasks like:

  • report generation
  • data monitoring
  • risk identification
  • workload analysis

This allows employees to focus on creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.

We360.ai is preparing organizations through:

  • AI Agents that act as digital teammates.
  • Tools that encourage transparency and trust.
  • Ethical AI practices that ensure data privacy and employee comfort.

Our mission is to build workplaces that are smarter, not harsher – where AI enhances human potential.

What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to enter the analytics or SaaS industry?

Arnav Gupta: Three things matter the most:

  1. Solve a real problem, not a trending one.
Longevity in SaaS comes from relevance and real impact.
  2. Build for usability.
If your product isn’t effortless to use, it will never scale.
  3. Stay customer-obsessed.
Speak to your users weekly. Their insights will shape your product far better than any pitch deck.

Bonus: Be patient with SaaS. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. But when it works, it scales globally with precision and consistency.

Arnav Gupta’s vision drives We360.ai’s mission to empower organizations with advanced analytics. His leadership is shaping the future of workforce productivity, enabling businesses to harness data for smarter strategies and sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving market.
