Can you share the story behind the founding of AddWeb Solution and what inspired you to start this journey?

Ashish Jain: It all started over a simple coffee in December 2011, when I sat down with a few like-minded co-founders and realized the transformative power of digital technology for underrepresented businesses.

That moment ignited a shared passion to leverage our combined technical expertise and managerial insights to create something meaningful.

From that coffee conversation, AddWeb Solution took shape, a company built on integrity, transparency, and a bold vision to empower SMEs and guide them through their digital journeys.

How Has AddWeb Solution Evolved, and What Are Your Plans in Emerging Tech?

Ashish Jain:  “Innovation is at the core of our evolution, pushing us to explore new technologies and redefine what’s possible.”

Then: We began by building core websites and mobile apps.

Now: We offer a full-stack suite—web, mobile, cloud, DevOps, digital marketing, ecommerce (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento), WP hosting, and more with agile delivery from our global offices.

Tomorrow: We’re excited about AI‑driven development, 5G‑powered PWAs, immersive AR/VR, headless commerce, and Web 3.0 (blockchain, semantic web, IoT). These will redefine user experience and business agility.

Can you discuss a project or achievement at AddWeb that you are particularly proud of?

Ashish Jain: One of the projects I am most proud of is the development of the travel assistance platform for GoTravel & GoinJest -Travel assistance by the UN for safer travel.

The organization’s mission was to provide safe and easy international flight travel for people in a variety of different roles, including supporting governments, aviation departments, defence forces, and airport agencies with the identification of persons who may cause a threat to the safe travel of others through their web resources, GoTravel & GoinJest.

The UN wanted to collaborate with a well-established and experienced team specializing in website testing and QA automation, and they approached AddWeb.

Their goal was for our testing team to perform thorough assessments of their digital platforms and online portals to ensure optimal performance across multiple devices, operating systems, internet conditions, and geographic locations. AddWeb Solution was brought on board to:

Ashish Jain: Specialization + Breadth: We combine deep expertise in tools like WordPress, Drupal, Laravel, Python, Node.js, Magento, and emerging tech stacks and serverless architectures.

Community & Contribution: Though community contribution is an integral part of our work culture, we actively participate and share knowledge through platforms like WordPress, supporting and engaging with the community.

Client-Centric Agile: We use short sprints, weekly reports, and transparent communication to keep projects aligned and responsive.

What are your goals for AddWeb Solution in the next five years, and how do you plan to achieve them?

Ashish Jain: Global Expansion: With current offices in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and the USA—we aim to increase our global footprint and serve more international clients.

Innovative Services: Scaling deeper into AI, blockchain, AR/VR, Web 3.0, headless commerce, and advanced cloud solutions.

Operational Excellence: Maintaining high standards—over 93% repeat business, 95% client success rate, and ISO-certified quality—while scaling delivery.

What challenges did you face in the early days of AddWeb Solution, and how did you overcome them?

Ashish Jain: A major challenge was in building our credibility with potential employees as well as clients and at the same time fine-tuning our processes and offerings.

Initially, resource constraints were a limitation, and much strategic planning, persistence, and a commitment to seeing one work well had to go into making the brand name.

We accomplished this by giving the satisfaction of our customers above all else, upgrading the skills of our team, and practicing full transparency in all dealings with our clients.

With time, steady delivery on projects compounded our reputation into one that sets the stage for scalable growth.

How does AddWeb Solution foster a culture of continuous learning and development within your team?

Ashish Jain: At AddWeb Solution, we recognize that our people are our strongest asset. We promote a learning culture, by encouraging our team to achieve certifications, attend events, and take part in workshops. Everyone gets a dedicated training budget.

What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start their own tech companies?

Ashish Jain: 1. Solve real problems! Our journey began by helping underdog SMEs—find your niche, and address genuine pain points.

2. Stay agile! Embrace lean, scrum-like practices to iterate and evolve your offerings.

3. Invest in excellence! Specialize deeply (e.g., our WordPress/Drupal roots), while staying current with emerging tech.

4. Build trust through transparency! Close communication and ethical operations foster long‑term partnerships.

5. Engage with the community! Community contribution accelerates learning and reputation.
