Ayush Wadhwa: My journey began at the young age of 13 when I discovered the educational value of creating videos. This led me to create my very own Youtube page called Technisia Studio at a very young age and that is when I discovered my passion to create content in the form of storytelling.
I recognized the immense potential of marketing as a tool to convey compelling narratives of brands in and out of India and connect with audiences. The inspiration for founding OWLED Media came from the desire to help brands access the right audience through a customized narrative made to suit their messaging.
What motivated me to enter the content marketing industry was the gap I saw when it came to brands sending their messaging across. I wanted to bridge this gap while also providing brands with a modern view of storytelling.
Festive marketing in particular evokes strong emotions and connects people, and that is what I wanted to do when I began OWLED Media’s journey.
The creative marketing landscape is constantly evolving. How does OWLED Media stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and how do you adapt to new platforms and technologies?
Ayush Wadhwa: Adaptability is at the core of OWLED Media’s approach. We dedicate substantial time towards research and continuous learning, keeping a keen eye on emerging trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors.
Regular training and collaboration within our team ensure we stay ahead of the curve. Additionally, we maintain open communication with industry peers and engage in knowledge-sharing forums to exchange insights and expertise.
We promote Peer-to-Peer learning extensively in the team through the OWLEARN sessions held every week where a person within the team takes up a trending topic and takes an engaging session on it. This not only helps in team bonding but also keeps the team up to date with latest industry insights.

When you know your strengths and weaknesses, you can channel your energy better. Running a business is not an easy task especially when you are a solo founder. So it’s important to pick your battles.

Ayush Wadhwa: I would emphasize three things: Passion fuels success, so let your passion drive your venture. Stay curious and never stop learning – the industry evolves rapidly, and staying informed is crucial.
