Bangalore March 19, 2021: BabySutra, India’s most unique Spa & Salon that offers a wide range of services to children from their birth up until their teen years celebrated its first anniversary this week.
The brainchild of Hajera Lahir Kudroli is built on the philosophy of providing unique services enabled by the science of touch that enables healthy growth and development of new-borns and infants, while creating a fun space for kids up to their early teen years.
BabySutra also extends its services to promote emotional and physical well-being of new and expecting mothers.
The past year was challenging yet fulfilling for BabySutra during which the team dedicated itself to its mission of empowering new mothers during the nationwide lockdown by conducting several online classes on infant massages, childbirth classes, pre-pregnancy lifestyle modification etc.
The sessions were conducted by an in-house Certified Infant massage instructor, host and Organizer of all International Association of Infant Massage (AIAIM) events in India- Rini George. BabySutra also conducted several fun activities such as an online talent hunt for kids with celebrity judges: Neha Dhupia and Pankhuri Sharma.
During the past year, BabySutra has successfully connected with over 500 new parents across India and abroad, extending their expertise and care for expectant mothers, new mothers and kids. Speaking on the 1st anniversary Hajera Lahir Kudroli said “The past year has been a rollercoaster.
We had set out to bring the unique experiences of BabySutra like hydrotherapy, infant massage etc. However, despite the unforeseen circumstances we stayed focussed on the well-being of new mothers and baby-care, taking our expertise of coaching moms online which received a great response from across the globe.

With this ideology at the centre, the brand celebrated its anniversary on the 8th of March by inviting disadvantaged girls from the NGO, Vidyaranya to their apparel brand outlet Zyra Kids to choose a look from the store that was gifted to them, followed by pampering sessions at BabySutra with manicures, pedicures, hairstyling, art sessions, celebrating the day with food and drinks.
