Types of Washing Machines in India

Semi-automatic washing machine:

Top loading washing machine:

  Top loading washing machine means vertical axis cloth washer. We can say that the heart of the top loading is a vertically aligned drum of it. As the name indicates, clothes are loaded and unloaded via a door on the top of the machine.

Front Loading washing machine:

Front loading washing machine means horizontal axis cloth washer. As the name indicates, cloths are loaded and unloaded via a door at the front of the machine.

They works by filling bottom of the inner tub with a small amount of water and using rotation of the tub and gravity to move the clothes through the water. The side paddles on the inside drum lift and move clothes in and out of the water.
