So I tried to make vada from, and you won’t believe it was awesome. No need to soak dal or fry vada. means totally a combination of quick, easy, and delicious chaat recipe.
To make it healthier brown bread or multigrain bread can be used. If you have some leftover slices it can be a good option to make a stomach filer chat or sometimes a single meal dinner during summer. Let’s enjoy cooking Instant Bread Dahi vada.

Ingredients to make Instant Bread Dahi Vada:
6 slices of bread
For stuffing:
2 tablespoon chopped cashews
1 teaspoon chopped raisins
1 teaspoon chopped green chili
To cover with:
2 cups curd
3 to 4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon sweet chutney
1 teaspoon green chutney
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to sprinkle (I use Everest Tikhalal Chilli Powder)
Roasted cumin powder to sprinkle
Chaat masala to sprinkle

Method to make Instant Bread Dahi Vada:
- Whisk the curd and add salt and sugar to it. Adjust the quantity of the sugar as per taste. Keep in the refrigerator.
- Mix all ingredients of the stuffing.
- Trim sides of the bread and soak them in thick buttermilk. Immediately remove from it and place it on the palm, put a small amount of stuffing in the middle of the bread, and make a ball from it.
- Place it directly in the serving plate, I placed three balls per plate. Spread the curd over it and sprinkle some red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala over it as per taste.
