An interview with Burzin Nanavatti, Founder & CEO of FBP International, leading Australian Immigration and Settlement Consultancy
In this insightful interview, Burzin Nanavatti, Founder and CEO of FBP International, shares his journey of building a global powerhouse. With a focus on innovation, leadership, and strategic expansion, Burzin provides a deep dive into the company’s success.
He reflects on the challenges, opportunities, and vision that have propelled FBP International to new heights in the global market.
What inspired you to establish FBP International, and how did it all begin?
Burzin Nanavatti: The inspiration came from my very own experience. When I applied to migrate to Australia from India, the agency I approached did not know the proper process to file for an Australian PR.
After getting involved personally with the process and with the help of an Australian immigration legal practitioner, I realised the complexity of navigating the Australian immigration process. There was a gap in providing proper guidance for Australian migration.
That was how FBP International was established: to bridge the gap and provide proper guidance. Our motto is: ‘We Will Not Take on Your Case Unless We Believe You Have a Good Chance of Success’.
This means that we will not accept any case unless we are absolutely sure you have a good chance of migrating to Australia.
Because of this, we have had 4500+ positive outcomes. Making FBP International a trusted brand for the best Australian immigration and settlement services.
How does FBP International stay ahead in such a dynamic and competitive industry?
Burzin Nanavatti: Staying ahead requires adaptability and foresight. At FBP International, we constantly monitor immigration policies, market trends, and client feedback.
This enables us to offer timely and customised solutions. Innovation plays a key role—we invest in advanced tools to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
Our dedicated team makes it a point to stay updated on the changes in immigration laws and requirements. Moreover, we prioritise building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique goals, and supporting them at every step.
By staying proactive and client-focused, we have cultivated a reputation for reliability and success in the competitive immigration consultancy landscape.
What role does cultural integration play in migration, and how does FBP help its clients adapt?
Burzin Nanavatti: Cultural integration is essential for a successful migration experience. It’s about more than just moving to a new country—it’s about feeling at home.
At FBP, once our clients receive their visas, we give orientations guiding them on Australian customs, workplace etiquette, and community practices to ease their transition.
Whether it is understanding local traditions, learning basic Aussie phrases, or connecting with support networks, we advise them. By equipping our clients with these insights, we ensure they integrate and thrive in their new environment. A warm welcome makes all the difference, and we are here to facilitate that.
How does FBP International cater to the diverse needs of its clients?
Burzin Nanavatti: Every client’s journey is unique, and we recognise that. At FBP, we tailor our services to suit diverse needs—whether it is skilled migration or family reunification opportunities.
We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand each client’s goals and circumstances. Our team of experts then provides personalised guidance, from visa selection to document preparation and skills assessment.
We offer sector-specific advice for high-demand industries like tech, healthcare, and trades. This personalised approach ensures that our clients feel confident and supported throughout their migration journey, regardless of their background or aspirations.
What challenges have you faced as a founder, and how have you overcome them?
Burzin Nanavatti: The immigration industry is very complex, which means that there are challenges. Early on, establishing credibility and trust was a hurdle, especially when there were fraud agencies who promised to help people migrate to Australia with no positive outcomes.
That is why we strictly follow our motto: ‘We Will Not Take on Your Case Unless We Believe You Have a Good Chance of Success’. We do not give any false promises. We maintain transparency in all our interactions and deliver consistent results.
The other challenge we face is the ever-changing immigration policies. But we proactively adapt to the changing policies.
With the support of our dedicated team and a belief in our mission, we have turned these challenges into opportunities to grow and innovate.
Where do you see FBP International in the next five years, and what’s your vision for the future?
Burzin Nanavatti: In five years, I see FBP International as a global leader in Australian immigration and recognised for its client-centric approach and innovative solutions. We aim to expand our presence in key markets, offering specialised services tailored to the evolving needs of migrants.
I envision creating a seamless and stress-free migration experience, leveraging technology to provide faster and more accurate guidance.
Additionally, we are committed to fostering community connections for our clients, helping them integrate and succeed in their new homes. Ultimately, it is about empowering individuals and families to achieve their dreams while setting new benchmarks in the industry.
Burzin Nanavatti’s leadership and strategic foresight have been instrumental in FBP International’s growth.
His unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence promises to keep the company at the forefront of its industry, shaping a bright future for global expansion.
