Promeet Ghosh named CEO & MD of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals
April 25, 2023: Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. (CGCEL), one of India’s leading consumer electricals companies, has announced the appointment of Mr. Promeet Ghosh as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD). The appointment is effective from May 1, 2023.
Mr. Ghosh brings with him over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in the consumer goods and retail industry.
He joins CGCEL from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he served as the Vice President and General Manager for the Home Care business in South Asia.
