Tell us about yourself in a few words
Deepak Gupta: I believe that people, both individually and professionally, should stand up for what they believe in, and that corporate management should do the same.
They must adhere to management’s instructions in order to be productive. I was born in Kota and reared with Rajasthani (Marwari) culture.
I did my Matriculation from Durga Rani public School, Kota, Rajasthan, and my higher secondary school was Navrachna Sr. Sec. School, Kunhadi, Kota, Rajasthan;
I was born in Kota and reared with Rajasthani (Marwari) culture. Modi Institute of Technology in Kota Rajasthan is a state in India (2007 to 2011) is where I earned my B. Tech.
In terms of my professional experience, I began working for SARSO Biznet International Private Limited in July of 2012 and remained there till August of 2014. I achieved 120 % of my targets and was honoured three times as the top sales agent.
In 2014, I was in charge of ensuring that the shift’s Business KPIs were fulfilled, which included Service Level, Answering Level, AHT and Hold Time, and Production per FTE.
I was committed to meeting or exceeding the agreed-upon Quality Scores and Performance Metrics. After that, in the year 2014, I joined Riemen Solution Private Limited, and I’ve been with them ever since.
How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Deepak Gupta: With a set of skills like New Hire Training, OJT Programs, Effective Client Coordination, Project Management, Compliance, Team Leading, Reviews, BQ Management, client acquisition, client handling, business development, budget planning, cost cutting, compliance management, vendor management, and ROI calculation, I have a strong desire to run and develop the centre.
Customer satisfaction and assessing the firm and customer’s pain points, as well as working with a talented team to solve challenges, propelled me to the top of the corporate ladder.
People were unaware of it, and for the most part, it was a foreign concept. I, on the other hand, knew it was something that would eventually capture the public’s attention. That’s exactly what occurred.

What made you choose this type of business?
Deepak Gupta: I’ve always believed that Call Center Services would eventually rule the globe. It is fair to say that I have been proven correct, particularly in light of the pandemic that claimed so many lives. It turned out to be one of the best moves I’ve ever made because of my consistent attention and hard work.
What was your mission at the outset?
Deepak Gupta: My mission was to create something for the new digital age. And I was able to do so because of my passion. Riemen Solution is one of the fastest-growing BPO companies, the firm has helped their businesses strategically and increased income.
What’s your company’s goals?
Deepak Gupta: Our goal is to generate positive word-of-mouth in the marketplace. Customer satisfaction ratings are one of the specific indicators used to assess a call centre employee’s performance.
Customers are frequently polled following phone calls to rate the quality of service. To assist businesses in expanding and increasing their presence. In order to keep our consumers, we must maintain a particular level.
How do you build a successful customer base?
Deepak Gupta: The key to developing a loyal customer base is to deliver results that exceed their expectations.
Many businesses reduce their quality and standard once they have established a consumer base, but this just harms their image. The goal should be to ensure client happiness at every level of the process.
What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
I won’t call it a failure because it aided me in starting my own business. I worked at a job for a while before realising it was not something I wanted to do.
My attention wasn’t stimulate because I wanted to start something new. As a result, I began to work on myself and got business knowledge. After that, I began my own business.
Who has been your greatest inspiration?
My father is my greatest inspiration, support, and strength in my life. He has truly taught me the meaning of “hard labour” in life.
It is because of him that I am able to carry on in the face of adversity and maintain my concentration.
What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?
Deepak Gupta: I was leading a group of co-workers in securing a lucrative transaction with a new client. We didn’t get it, and I took full responsibility as the team’s leader.
I decided to contact the potential client and see what we could have done differently. It turned out that our company lacked the same level of experience as the one they selected, so I chatted with my supervisor about how we could highlight other elements of the company to potential future clients.
Another client came along a few months later, and we were able to land the business by utilising new techniques.
If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Deepak Gupta: The most important factor in achieving success in the corporate world is to become involved with management and to be as productive as possible.
This will help you reach the pinnacle of success. Maintain your attention and dedication. Don’t allow your anxieties get in the way of your dreams.
Does your company help the community or society?
Deepak Gupta: Yes, our company has helped the community or society in multiple ways. One of the most compelling motivations for people to outsource their company processes is to reduce costs and save money.
BPO has resulted in a talented pool of people available at low wages, resulting in significant cost savings and increased revenues for the organisation.
