Deepali Vijay Jain: Absolutely. DiamondXE was born out of a shared vision my co-founder and I had – to revolutionize diamond trading. Both of us come from the diamond and jewellery industry, and over the years, we have observed the pain-points that jewellers and consumers face in sourcing diamonds.

We realized there was a critical need for a comprehensive solution that would cater to all stakeholders involved in the diamond trade. And so, DiamondXE was founded as India’s first online exchange for Natural and Lab-grown diamonds.

It is a one-stop platform designed to make the buying and supply of diamonds more convenient than ever before. We are passionate about using technology to bring positive change to the industry.

Every diamond’s details, including its grading certificate, are clearly displayed on our website and can be verified through the certificate number.

We also offer an easy returns and money-back policy, along with exchange and buy-back options. This allows customers to purchase diamonds risk-free. Additionally, our membership in apex organizations like the GJEPC ensures our commitment to ethical and trustworthy practices.

What types of diamonds are available on the DiamondXE platform, and what makes them unique?

Deepali Vijay Jain: At DiamondXE, we believe in celebrating the uniqueness of each diamond. We offer a vast selection of over 5 lakh diamonds, ensuring that customers can find the desired carat sizes and fancy shapes.

Our inventory includes natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and fancy-color diamonds. We aim to cater to a wide range of preferences and budgets. And soon we are introducing DXE Luxe, a special offering featuring premium diamonds with larger carat sizes and vivid colors.

What measures does DiamondXE take to ensure the security and authenticity of the diamonds traded on its platform?

Deepali Vijay Jain: Security and authenticity are paramount for us. We only list diamonds certified by renowned laboratories like the GIA, IGI and HRD. Each diamond on our platform has its certificate number displayed, and customers can download a copy of the certificate from our website or the grading laboratory’s website using that number.

To further guarantee authenticity, the certificate number is laser-inscribed inside the diamond itself, a feature that can be verified by any diamond grader worldwide.

Our in-house experts also conduct rigorous quality checks on every diamond, assessing up to fourteen parameters before an order is shipped to customers, ensuring the highest quality standards.

What is DiamondXE’s vision for the future of the diamond industry, and how does it plan to contribute to the evolution of this market?

Deepali Vijay Jain: DiamondXE has ambitious plans for both geographical expansion and service enhancement. We aim to extend our presence beyond India, becoming a global player in the diamond industry by onboarding suppliers, jewellers and buyers from around the world.
