Tell us a little about yourself

Deepti Gupta: I was born and brought up in New Delhi, a city rich in historical value. I did my schooling from DAV and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.

After receiving my degree, I began working in the logistics business and gained 10 years of corporate experience.

I subsequently got married and now a mother of two, an artist, and an entrepreneur working to support and enhance the rich tradition of music.

Please tell us a little about your entrepreneurial journey

Deepti Gupta: We started Treasure Records as a lover of music and I’ve always wanted to do something on my own. I’ve been writing poems and songs and singing along with them since I was a child; however, this is something that comes naturally to me.

Despite the fact that I was a working woman before marriage, I would like to mention my husband here who supported me.

Still, after entering the new world of motherhood, I lost confidence, especially in the 2 years span of Covid-19, after a difficult period that lowered my morale.

But that didn’t stop me and I started treasure records and got into the music and entertainment industry. In this venture I got full support from my husband and family. So it was my husband who encouraged me to start my new music and entertainment business.

What service(s) or product(s) do you offer?

What’s your company’s goals?

What was the inspiration behind turning an entrepreneur?

Deepti Gupta: One of the most motivating people in my life is my mother. She gave me advice on how to live my life and inspired me to follow my aspirations; the second person is my husband’s motivation to do so.
