Our in-house tech platform, Project Online, allows homeowners to track daily progress, while our designs include features like automated lighting, climate control, and energy efficient systems.
But more importantly, we ensure the tech blends seamlessly with the home’s character. For us, smart living means creating homes that are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to each family’s lifestyle.

Dennis Ebenezar: We see technology as a silent enabler, not the main act. Every home we design starts with understanding the client’s lifestyle and preferences.
Once we know that, we thoughtfully integrate automation and smart features that align with their routines, without compromising the aesthetics or warmth of a personal space. It’s about balancing function with feeling, making the home smarter while still feeling like your home.

We also employ advanced tools like the Total Station device to precisely mark the scheme plan at the site, ensuring accuracy and seamless execution.

Dennis Ebenezar: One major challenge is the awareness gap, many people still think smart homes are only for the ultra rich. Another is the disconnect between architects and tech integrators.

We also spend time educating homeowners about how tech can actually simplify their lives, not complicate it. Making smart living accessible and intuitive is the real goal.
