Can you tell us about your journey in the marketing industry and how you came to establish The Marcom Avenue?

Divanshi Gupta: My journey in the marketing industry began with a deep-seated belief. I realized that marketing isn’t just a business function; it’s as essential as the quality of the services or products themselves. This realization led me to embark on my entrepreneurial journey.

In 2016, I founded The Marcom Avenue, driven by the need to provide businesses which talked not just about numbers but growth and impact . It was clear to me that in a competitive marketplace, companies needed more than just a service—they needed a strong brand and strategic marketing to thrive.

Since our inception, The Marcom Avenue has come a long way, growing from strength to strength. We’ve had the privilege of working with more than 300+ diverse clients across more than 27+ industries, helping them navigate the world of marketing. Our commitment to delivering results-driven marketing strategies has been at the core of our success.

As we’ve evolved, we’ve expanded our horizons and branched out into more avenues within the marketing landscape including Film Production House ( by the name of WOAH Films), Experiential, Tech, Ads, PR, and Growth to give a more integrated marketing support to our clients.

This expansion allows us to effectively target a wider range of challenges and leverage numerous opportunities for our clients. This enables us to connect with a larger audience, establish additional touch points of contact with our client’s customers, enhance personalized brand communication across various channels.

The potential for collaborative campaigns across multiple avenues is extensive, and when our core team manages all aspects rather than relying on multiple agencies, our clients can anticipate results that astound.

The marketing landscape is continually evolving. How does The Marcom Avenue stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients?

Divanshi Gupta: To us, creativity is problem-solving, and we believe in solving the impossible. We never settle for the first, easiest, or quickest solution. We carefully analyze, research, and create a custom solution that not only solves client’s challenge but also helps the client stand out by breaking through clutter.

We’re hungry, we’re passionate, and we love tough problems and new challenges. You don’t hear a lot of “I don’t know how” or “I can’t” at The Marcom Avenue. We set ambitious goals, then deliver results by eliminating ‘IN PROGRESS’ work and “raise the bar” again and again.

This means continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the dynamic world of marketing. To ensure we offer cutting-edge solutions to our clients, we have ingrained a culture of constant learning and research into our DNA.

Could you provide an overview of the services and solutions that The Marcom Avenue offers to its clients? What sets your agency apart from others in the industry?

Divanshi Gupta: Yes, of course.

We have The The Digital Avenue that includes all forms of Digital Marketing including paid and organic solutions – we cover Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Analytics, WhatsApp and Email Marketing, and everything in between.

Then we have The Tech Avenue, an avenue that will be at the center of our growth for the next few years. It is for all things related to Development, Designing, AI, Machine Learning, Digital Transformation and more.

Our production house, The WOAH Films is for production and post production requirements from brand films, campaign videos, corporate films to product shoots, and that’s also something we’ve been building on for the past year.

And finally, we’ve always had PR, Experiential, Growth, and Ads but now they’re all set to function as individual departments with their own subject matter experts and industry veterans leading the teams. We already have reputed clients in our portfolio in an integrated capacity from Titan Corporate Gifting, Reliance MET City, Nestle, Priyagold and many more  and the future looks very promising and exciting.

The Marcom Avenue serves clients across various industries. How do you tailor your marketing strategies to meet the unique needs and challenges of each client’s industry?

Divanshi Gupta: We revisit the drawing board as frequently as possible because you can’t afford to have set patterns in this industry. New trends come in everyday, and go out as quickly. More importantly, while we believe in keeping ourselves updated with ‘the new’, we don’t believe in following it bindley.

We as The Marcom Avenue ensure we put our stamp on everything that goes out from our offices, and innovation is the name of the game. More importantly, we always spend our fair share of time understanding our clients and their industries.

This allows us to resort to our sensibilities and of course, creativity, to deliver the best possible branding, brand assets, campaigns, ideas, concepts and strategies for them.

We have global subject matter experts to guarantee the authenticity of everything that originates from our offices, all of which is endorsed by industry veterans. At present, we have experts spanning Real Estate, FMCG, Retail, B2B, Technology, and other domains, and we’re already witnessing an evident improvement in the quality of our output.

Effective communication is key in marketing, both internally and with clients. How do you ensure clear and open lines of communication within your team and with clients?

Divanshi Gupta: I have been following “all-in-all-out” since the beginning of The Marcom Avenue. Effective and open communication on the floor is like the air we breathe – it’s essential for our growth, well-being, and success. Bad communication is bad for businesses and relationships, too.

We place a strong emphasis on sharing Information equally and without holding or missing any details from anyone to maximize our collective efforts to make the most. Now, the question is, how do you share our information promptly, without missing any important details, in a way that is comprehensible for everyone?

Well, we’re in the midst of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and technology has transformed the way we used to operate. And, I believe the answer is; Human-centric approach mixed with Content Management Systems. 

Client relationships are crucial in the agency-client partnership. How does The Marcom Avenue build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients?

Divanshi Gupta: Fostering long-lasting relationships with clients is both a skill and an art. And, our agency is teeming with skilled artists who understand the mastery of cultivating and maintaining an ideal yet strong client bond.

We ask ourselves how do we define deep-rooted client relationship. We endeavor to always deliver what we promise, to meet every deadline, and to communicate proactively, so our clients can expect a team that is responsive, thorough & accountable, and work that speaks for itself. We aim to get it done before a client can schedule a meeting.

The digital marketing landscape is highly competitive. How does The Marcom Avenue differentiate itself and continuously improve its digital marketing offerings?

Divanshi Gupta: We don’t settle for anything less than excellence in the company, We always want to drive towards “the NEXT” great thing! We measure what we do. We Focus on results that truly matter to the client. Great just isn’t good enough.

We go above and beyond to add unanticipated value to our clients. We inspire others with our passion and determination for exceeding expectations. We don’t just stay informed of best practices; we create them.

What are your success tips for women entrepreneurs?

Divanshi Gupta: “If you have a dream don’t just sit on it. Leave no stone unturned to make it a reality.“

For entrepreneurs, it’s always a challenging journey, but for women entrepreneurs, the challenges can be unique. For me, this entrepreneurial experience has been full of new learnings and opportunities, and I too faced my fair share of challenges.

So, my success tip for all the women entrepreneurs out there is to embrace your individuality. Know your strongest suits, whether it’s your communication skills or a collaborative approach. Know it and stay true to it.

It’s very important to build a supportive network. During the journey of establishing and growing as an entrepreneur, it’s important to surround yourself with a network of mentors, advisors and fellow entrepreneurs who understand and relate to your journey.

A strong support system can provide guidance, motivation, and a safe space to discuss challenges.

Every day the market is evolving and changing, and it’s important to stay updated with industry trends, technology advancements and management practices. After all, you can never learn enough. Entrepreneurship is a roller-coaster ride that has its highs and lows.

It’s essential to understand that failure is part of the journey and can be a helpful teacher. Get out there, and live your dream. Giving up is not an option.
