This is no mean feat and requires everybody involved to share the same values and goals.

Since I have held leadership positions at Corporate hospitals and in National organizations, the transition to being founder of a D2C brand was quite smooth. I believe that if a person has Core Knowledge of the area that they are involved in, the knowledge itself gives them an automatic position of command and gender doesn’t play a significant role.
