Since 2012, Dr. Vankar has guided Quantum CorpHealth from a two-person team to an industry titan, serving over 500 corporates and impacting over 500,000 lives.

His swift adaptation during the Covid-19 pandemic showcased his strategic acumen, scaling operations amidst a global crisis and positioning India as a prime hub for corporate wellness.

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming the CEO of Quantum CorpHealth Pvt? Ltd?

Dr Narendra Vankar: Becoming the CEO of Quantum CorpHealth Pvt. Ltd. has been a deeply fulfilling journey. My partner, Dr. Bhavya Vankar, and I founded Quantum in 2012 with a vision to simplify healthcare for individuals and corporate bodies, making it more accessible and effective.

We aimed to transform healthcare from a complex process into a seamless experience.

Over the years, Quantum has grown significantly, serving over 500 corporate clients and impacting more than 300,000 individuals across India.

Our expansion was fueled by our commitment to early intervention for employee wellness in India’s corporates. We also wanted to streamline the integration of advanced technologies and AI to enhance service delivery.

Our mission remains to be one of India’s most trusted healthcare providers, prioritising transparency, ethics, and customer satisfaction.

As CEO, I am dedicated to continuing this mission, ensuring that Quantum’s values guide every aspect of our operations and that we keep advancing towards a healthier future for our society.

What inspired you to enter the healthcare and wellness sector?

Dr Narendra Vankar: Our inspiration to enter the healthcare and wellness sector stems from a deep-seated desire to simplify and improve the healthcare experience.

We founded Quantum CorpHealth to make healthcare accessible and uncomplicated, ultimately enhancing overall health and quality of life.

Witnessing the complexities and inefficiencies in traditional healthcare systems fueled our drive to create a more integrated and preventive approach.

The rapid expansion of Quantum, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, underscored the critical need for customisable and innovative healthcare solutions. This crisis also revealed the potential for scaling our services across India, highlighting how we could better serve our growing client base.

Today, our mission is to continue advancing healthcare through technology and ethical practices, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our society.

Quantum CorpHealth also launched a revolutionary app, Doctor911, that holds the potential to revolutionise the Indian healthcare sector.

In our quest to equalize the healthcare industry through quality and innovation, Doctor911 has the ability to provide quality medical treatment to every user. A strong network of experienced physicians and medical service providers supports the app.

How does Quantum differentiate itself from other healthcare and wellness providers in the Indian market?

Dr Narendra Vankar: Quantum CorpHealth stands out from other healthcare providers through our groundbreaking app, Doctor911. Launched to revolutionise the Indian healthcare landscape, Doctor911 embodies our commitment to making healthcare more accessible and efficient.

Unlike traditional services, Doctor911 offers customised care solutions that address various barriers, such as age, gender, and medical history.

The app’s unique features include real-time consultations with doctors and specialists, SOS support with ambulance services, and a comprehensive condition management process for chronic illnesses.

Doctor911 also helps families stay connected across distances, providing support for long-term care and emergencies. Additionally, it includes a secure Medilocker for personal health records and a hospital mapping feature for easy access to certified medical professionals.

By integrating these innovative elements, Quantum CorpHealth ensures a higher standard of care and convenience, reinforcing our mission to simplify and enhance the healthcare experience for both individuals and corporate clients.

How does Quantum handle the integration of technology with traditional healthcare practices to improve service delivery?

Dr Narendra Vankar: At Quantum CorpHealth, we integrate technology with traditional healthcare practices to enhance service delivery through innovative solutions like Doctor911. Our approach combines the best of both worlds to streamline and improve the healthcare experience.

Doctor911, our cutting-edge app, exemplifies this integration. Launched to revolutionise healthcare access, the app bridges gaps by offering real-time consultations, SOS support with ambulance services, and a secure Medilocker for medical records.

This digital platform provides immediate access to quality care and ensures continuity by storing and managing medical information efficiently.

The app’s customisable condition management and telehealth services cater to diverse patient needs, including those in remote areas or with chronic conditions. By enabling virtual consultations and offering detailed condition management strategies, Doctor911 supports proactive and preventive care.

Incorporating these technologies allows us to deliver accessible, transparent, and efficient healthcare, addressing traditional barriers and enhancing the overall quality of care for both individuals and corporate clients.

Corporate wellness is a key focus for Quantum. What do you see as the most effective strategies for improving employee wellness within organisations?

Dr Narendra Vankar: Quantum emphasises several effective strategies to enhance corporate wellness. First, early intervention and preventive care are central to our approach. Identifying and addressing health issues before they become severe reduces absenteeism and improves overall employee health.

Customised wellness packages are a key strategy. We tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each corporate client, ensuring that our programs align with existing health and wellness initiatives and address the unique requirements of their workforce.

Improving employee wellness within the organisation also includes wellness seminars, exercise classes, workshops, and allowances for mental wellness. Wellness seminars and workshops give employees essential knowledge about maintaining health, managing stress, and improving lifestyle choices.

These educational initiatives empower employees to make informed decisions about their well-being. Workout classes promote physical activity, which not only boosts fitness but also enhances mood and productivity.

Team-building exercises foster a supportive work environment, encouraging collaboration and reducing workplace stress. Allowances for mental wellness, including counselling and stress management resources, address mental well-being, prevent burnout and improve overall job satisfaction.

The healthcare and wellness landscape in India is rapidly evolving towards a more integrated, technology-driven, and preventive model. As the demand for accessible and personalised healthcare solutions grows, we foresee a significant shift towards digital health platforms and proactive health management.

How do you foresee the healthcare and wellness landscape evolving in India, and what role do you envision Quantum playing in that evolution?

Dr Narendra Vankar: Quantum, through its innovative Doctor911 app, is poised to play a pivotal role in this transformation. Our approach, grounded in early intervention and comprehensive care, aligns perfectly with the emerging trends of preventive health and digital integration.

By leveraging AI, advanced data analytics, and telemedicine, we enhance the accuracy and accessibility of healthcare services. Our vision of simplifying healthcare and making it widely available supports the shift towards a more preventive and data-driven approach to health management.

In the coming years, Quantum plans to expand its footprint across India, enhancing our services with new features such as wearable integrations and advanced teleconsultations.

We aim to foster a stronger user community through interactive health forums and strategic partnerships, positioning ourselves as a leader in delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare.

Our commitment to continuous innovation and user-centric solutions will ensure we remain at the forefront of India’s evolving healthcare landscape.

As we conclude our discussion with Dr. Narendra Vankar, it’s clear that his leadership and innovative approach have not only expanded Quantum CorpHealth’s reach but also set a new standard in the healthcare sector.

His ability to navigate through challenges and seize opportunities highlights a commitment to enhancing global healthcare collaboration.

Dr. Vankar’s story is a testament to how strategic foresight and adaptability can forge a path from humble beginnings to industry leadership, shaping the future of wellness on a grand scale.
