This passion has been shaped by a robust academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Monad University. Throughout my career, I have contributed significantly to research and development, publishing multiple papers and patents in various esteemed journals and platforms.

How do you approach mentoring startups across diverse sectors, functions, stages, and geographies to help them grow and scale their ventures successfully?

Dr. P Prasant: As a Mentor of Change at NITI Aayog, I take pride in offering personalized advice and guidance to startups. I approach mentoring with a holistic perspective, recognizing the diversity inherent in startups – spanning sectors, functions, stages, and geographies.

Dr. P Prasant: My motivation to become a Mentor of Change and an IIC Ambassador stems from a deep-seated belief in the power of innovation and entrepreneurship. As an IIC Ambassador, I actively promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students and faculty, aligning with the goals of the National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP).

Looking ahead, I envision these roles evolving to embrace emerging trends, technologies, and educational methodologies, ensuring that I continue to play a pivotal role in fostering innovation.
