Dr. Rashi Gupta is a Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist at REZO.AI. a Conversational AI Startup and AI-Powered Contact Center.

Rashi has worked with AbsolutData, Jawaharlal Nehru University and WNS. She has a more than 20 years of experience, She received her doctoral from University of Helsinki, and double masters from IIT Delhi.

Rashi Gupta is a Chief Data Scientist who has worked with Jawaharlal Nehru University, Absolute Data, and WNS in the past.

She has a double masters from IIT Delhi and a doctorate from the University of Helsinki, Finland. She is a seasoned professional who has 20+ years of experience to run independently DS and Tech products. She has also run companies in the past and has seen a full cycle of BD and fundraising.

In May 2021, raised seed funding from Modulor Capital, Dexter Angel Network, Veda, and other prominent angel investors including Bhavesh Manglani (Delhivery) and Devesh Sachdev (Fusion Microfinance).

Today Rezo serves more than 15mn- 45mn customers interaction Monthly. Despite the tough terrain in the AI landscape Rezo with its sustainable capital efficient business model has turned profitable wherein they are not burning any capital, and are operationally EBITDA positive.
