Dr. Sachin Chopda: “Pushpam Group, under the leadership of Mr. Shreekant Chopda and Dr. Sachin Chopda, has a legacy spanning over 35 years. Although we officially entered the real estate sector about 8-9 years ago, the journey began with family land that inspired us to explore new avenues.

Our first project, Pushpam Sanskruti in Karjat, was developed on a 22-acre plot. We introduced the concept of a second home that not only offered a space for leisure but also provided an opportunity for income.

This idea, which we coined as ‘Kamanewala Ghar’ or ‘Invest, Enjoy, Earn,’ laid the foundation for our real estate journey.”

Dr. Sachin Chopda: Pushpam Infra has been actively developing projects in prime weekend destinations such as Karjat and Alibaug, both just a short drive from Mumbai.

With upcoming infrastructure developments like the Ro-Ro ferry and the Revas-Karanja bridge (post-Atal Setu), these areas are attracting significant interest.

Dr. Sachin Chopda: We have several exciting projects coming up in Alibaug, Dapoli, and Karjat, featuring villas priced between under a crore to around ten crores.

Our focus is on delivering luxurious homes, complete with private pools and all the amenities you’d expect. We’re committed to expanding in these prime locations, and there’s much more to come from us soon.
