What inspired you to establish Adomantra Digital India, and how did your entrepreneurial journey begin?
Dr Vikas Katoch: Adomantra Digital India was born out of an effortless observation that brands were finding it tough to cope with the changing dynamics of digital storytelling.
Though traditional advertising retained its stronghold, digital was fast changing the way people interacted, consumed, and converted. I noticed an obvious disconnect between creativity and quantifiable digital results, which prompted me to develop a platform to bridge the two.
My path began with an intense love for content and technology, and a conviction that creativity driven by data would reimagine brand engagement. It wasn’t simple we started as a small team with bold dreams but a firm faith in our differentiated strategy propelled us ahead.
How do you build and maintain a culture of innovation and teamwork within your company?
Dr Vikas Katoch: At Adomantra, innovation isn’t just a function it’s a mindset. We have built a flat, collaborative culture where ideas can originate from anywhere, not just leadership. Experimentation and rapid iteration are at the heart of what we do.
Our teams are empowered with autonomy to explore, fail fast, and learn faster. Cross-functional pods, brainstorming sprints, and hackathons fuel creativity and keep the energy alive. We continuously upskill and encourage every team member to grow both creatively and technically.
To ensure our people stay ahead of the curve, we actively motivate them to pursue multiple professional courses and stay updated with emerging technologies.
We have also partnered with leading universities to enable our team members to enroll in MBA and postgraduate programs while continuing to work with us fostering a true learn-and-lead culture.
Above all, we celebrate not only big wins but also bold ideas, because that’s what sustains a truly innovative environment.
With this shared vision and collective effort, we have been able to build Adomantra into the largest content-led OTA a testament to the power of collaboration, continuous learning, and the courage to think differently.
What emerging trends do you believe will shape the next phase of digital advertising?
Dr Vikas Katoch: A number of important trends are already remaking the future. One is AI-driven personalization that is redefining the way content is delivered, building micro-targeted and adaptive ad experiences.
Two is immersive formats such as AR/VR and interactive video that are extending story boundaries. Three is first-party data and privacy-first approaches that are becoming increasingly important as third-party cookies are phased out.
Lastly, vernacular and local content will be the next big unlock in a market such as India brands that communicate the consumer’s language, literally and emotionally, will succeed. The task for agencies is to strike a balance between automation and authenticity and that’s where the opportunity lies.
How do you ensure creativity and technology work hand-in-hand in your campaigns?
Dr Vikas Katoch: For us, relevance without creativity is useless, and technology without emotion is unbearably distant. At Adomantra, we have merged our creative and tech team from the ground up. Each brief is tackled together designers, developers, data analysts, and content creators sit in the same room.
We also leverage proprietary tools and real-time insights to guide creative decisions whether it’s grasping user journeys or cutting video content. This blended model guarantees that each campaign that we produce is not only creative, but thoughtful creatively engaging and performance-capable.
What strategies have you implemented to drive consistent growth and client retention at Adomantra?
Dr Vikas Katoch: Our expansion has been rooted in three principles: results-oriented work, relationship-first thinking, and agility. We closely align our work with the business KPIs of our clients rather than impressions or clicks.
That establishes trust. Secondly, we partner with our clients, not project them. Regular communication, open reporting, and anticipatory problem-solving have enabled us to have long-term partnerships.
Finally, we’ve remained agile always retooling our services following market changes. Whether it’s an early movement into video, programmatic, or performance storytelling we’ve never been afraid to change direction and transform.
How do you plan to expand or diversify your company’s offerings in the Indian and global markets?
Dr Vikas Katoch: Locally, we are working on deeper penetration into Tier-II and Tier-III regions, particularly through region-specific content and influencer-led storytelling.
Overseas, we are already serving customers across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and we plan to scale further by establishing localized creative-tech capabilities.
We are also exploring productization launching in-house marketing tools that address common pain points across industries.
One such innovation is Adobid, our programmatic platform that’s already built and running successfully, enabling brands to reach the right audience through precise, multi-dimensional targeting.
The larger goal is to evolve from being just a service provider to becoming a value-driven partner, offering modular, scalable, and data-intelligent solutions.
What message would you like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs entering the digital business space?
Dr Vikas Katoch: Start with clarity not only of what you wish to create, but why it is important. The online space is noisy, but also replete with untapped niches. Prioritize solving actual problems over trends. Create teams, not pyramids.
And above all, have patience. Growth in digital isn’t always a straight line it requires resilience, flexibility, and humility.
Experiment without fear, but remain anchored to your vision. If you can remain curious and customer-focused, your journey will be as fulfilling as your destination.
