From Teen Founder to Wellness Pioneer: A Conversation with Farabi Khaleque, founder of CLOUDZILLA

Farabi Khaleque

An interview with Farabi Khaleque, founder of CLOUDZILLA, a health and wellness brand

Farabi Khaleque, the dynamic founder of CLOUDZILLA, is reshaping health and wellness with a passion for empowering youth. His brand champions a healthier lifestyle and robust mental health for Gen Z.

Recently nominated for Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the CanadianSME National Business Awards, his influence extends through collaborations with Amazon Prime Video and Asian Hustle Network.

At just 20 years old, what inspired you to become an entrepreneur and start CLOUDZILLA?

Farabi Khaleque: The idea for CLOUDZILLA came from a very personal place. During the pandemic, I saw how isolated and overwhelmed so many people felt, especially those in my generation. I wanted to create something that spoke to the reality of our struggles, something honest, empowering, and creative.

Mental health has always been a topic close to my heart, and I felt there was a need for a platform that felt relatable, not clinical or out of touch. That sense of purpose, combined with a passion for storytelling and wellness, gave birth to CLOUDZILLA.

What specific health and wellness offerings does CLOUDZILLA provide, and how do they stand out in the market?

Farabi Khaleque: CLOUDZILLA offers tools and content that support mental and emotional wellbeing in a way that feels personal and approachable. It includes a line of empowering apparel, such as hoodies, shirts and more.

There’s a guided wellness journal on Amazon that helps users build positive habits and self-awareness through reflection. There’s also a growing collection of interviews with entrepreneurs, creators, and mental health advocates who share their stories in a raw and uplifting way.

What makes CLOUDZILLA different is the emotional connection. It’s not just about solutions, it’s about feeling seen, heard, and motivated to grow.

How do you approach product development to ensure that your offerings meet the needs of your target audience?

Farabi Khaleque: It always starts with listening. Whether it’s through conversations, social media, or direct feedback, I pay close attention to what people are going through and what they’re asking for. From there, it’s about creating something that’s not only useful but also feels meaningful.

I focus on clarity, emotional impact, and simplicity. Everything is designed to support someone’s growth in a real and tangible way, without overwhelming them.

What challenges have you faced as a young entrepreneur, and how have you navigated them?

Farabi Khaleque: One of the biggest challenges has been being taken seriously. Starting this journey as a teenager at 15 meant having to constantly prove that I belonged in the room. At times, the pressure felt heavy, but I chose to lean into the learning.

Every setback became a stepping stone. It also helped to stay rooted in the mission and to keep showing up even when things felt uncertain.

Can you discuss any partnerships or collaborations that have been instrumental in the growth of CLOUDZILLA?

Farabi Khaleque: There have been a few standout moments that helped expand CLOUDZILLA’s impact. Collaborating with Amazon Prime Video for the “Inspiring Stories” series was one of the most meaningful one’s to date.

I had the honour of having a contestant from Prime Video’s hit reality show, Beast Games on the platform. I also had the chance to collaborate with Asian Hustle Network during Asian Heritage Month, which celebrated cultural pride. These partnerships helped spark new conversations and reach people who connected deeply with the message.

What are your long-term goals for CLOUDZILLA, and where do you see the brand in the next five years?

Farabi Khaleque: In five years, I would want to see CLOUDZILLA be a trusted hub for mental wellness and personal growth around the world. The vision includes launching more resources, building a strong digital community, and possibly hosting events that bring people together in authentic, healing ways.

I hope to continue spotlighting inspiring individuals and helping people feel empowered in their mental health journey. The goal is to keep building a space where people feel like they belong and where their stories matter.

What advice would you give to other young entrepreneurs who aspire to start their own businesses?

Start from a place of purpose. When the “why” is strong, everything else starts to align. Don’t wait for the perfect moment or perfect version of your idea. Begin with what you have, keep learning, and stay open to growth.

Surround yourself with people who believe in your vision and don’t be afraid to take risks. Every mistake teaches something valuable. Most importantly, believe in yourself even when things feel uncertain. That belief becomes your foundation.

As Farabi Khaleque continues to inspire with CLOUDZILLA, his achievements and partnerships spotlight the importance of youth wellness.

His recognition and prominent collaborations highlight a growing movement. Farabi’s vision and dedication serve as a blueprint for aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to foster happiness, health, and fulfillment in the lives of individuals and communities alike.
