The event was led by Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), and saw enthusiastic participation from employees across departments. Shri Rajnesh Singh, CVO, GAIL, also graced the occasion, emphasizing the importance of health and wellness in leading a balanced and fulfilling life.
In line with this year’s global theme — “Yoga for One Earth, One Health” — GAIL’s celebration focused on the deep interconnection between personal well-being and planetary health.
