Interview: Ganesh Verma, Entrepreneur, Founder & Director Moogle Labs

As part of this endeavour, we invited yet another passionate entrepreneur Ganesh Verma, Entrepreneur, Founder & Director Moogle Labs for an exclusive interview with us.
Tell us a little about yourself
Ganesh Verma: Being inspired by people-oriented C-level executives, I feel honored that I could bring that culture in inception of Moogle Labs.
If you ask my peers, they recognize me as a seasoned entrepreneur who loves cricket and believes in navigating businesses from 5-figure to 8-figure.
I have more than two decades of experience in the corporate world— as a reliable strategic advisor to the CEO, CTO, and Board of Directors.
I have always been fascinated by inventions in tech, that’s the main reason I founded Moogle Labs. I love the idea of improving business operations of various industries with new technology.
I think the analytical approach of mine always helps me to see things clearly and take calculated business risks.
Besides, the zeal to learn and innovate are the main reasons that I was able to climb the corporate ladder and inspire others.
My current role, founder and CEO of Moogle Labs motivate me to look into new-age solutions that make a difference in business operations. As far as my educational background is concerned, I have completed my Master’s in Computer Science.
How did you get your idea or concept for the Moogle Labs?
Ganesh Verma: Moogle Labs is an outcome of my passion for solving automated software solution problems holistically.
Based on the learnings from Seasia Infotech, the parent company of Moogle Labs, we identified the need for automated software solutions for our clients to streamline their various operations.
We want Moogle Labs to be the destination of choice for businesses worldwide and different industry verticals.
What service(s) or product(s) do you offer at Moogle Labs?
Ganesh Verma: Along with my astute team, I have designed Moogle Labs to unlock new opportunities in the sectors of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, DevOps, Data Science, and Blockchain. We deliver automated software solutions at competitive prices to our clients globally.
What is unique about your business?
Ganesh Verma: We provide Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, DevOps, Blockchain, and Data Science solutions.
Unique thing about Moogle Labs is the approach. We believe in providing the best experience to our clients.
We appoint a client advocate for every client, whose task is to ensure that the needs of the clients are met and for that we have a proper communication channel so that we deliver more than is expected of us.
What made you choose this type of business?
Ganesh Verma: I realize that many organizations from different industries have unique ideas, but they struggle to bring them to life.
This inspired me to found a business that involves next-generation technologies to help companies and individuals.
And that’s how we make it easier for companies and individuals to incorporate these technologies into their businesses.
What was your mission at the outset?
Ganesh Verma: The ultimate mission of our organization is to become a global solution provider leader in facilitating businesses to realize their potential by integrating the best-in-class automation solutions with their operational challenges.
We want to help businesses to be competitive at an international level by making it incredibly easy for them to leverage bespoke and state-of-the-art technologies to unlock their hidden strengths.
How many employees are there in Moogle Labs?
Ganesh Verma: When I envisioned this company with my team members, the biggest challenge, quite exciting actually, was to make a team of industry experts and align them accordingly to work towards a particular goal.
We initially started this journey with a crew of only ten, but now we are a family of approximately 50 tech-geeks.
All the professionals in our team have great experience in this sector. Each member of our team excels in their work and offers world-class software solutions to the client.
What’s your company’s goals?
Ganesh Verma: We believe that the world is our sports ground and we always try to create a 360-degree value by providing solutions to our global clients using innovation & technology.
Also, we firmly believe that Moogle Labs has immense potential to swim deep under the sea of different sectors with its customized workflow.
How do you build a successful customer base?
Ganesh Verma: Building a thriving customer base is not something that one can achieve overnight. It is more like an investment that takes time to showcase its value. But, with little effort and by following the correct technique, we’ve been able to craft a successful customer base.
What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Ganesh Verma: Yes, I, too, have failed, and I have learned many things from my failures. The lesson learned from my failure is that one doesn’t have to wait for the entire product to develop.
Continuously working on Minimal Viable products helps a great deal. Also, don’t judge the development of a product with the opinions of a few prospects. Comprehend the domain entirely before making a market viable and satisfactory product.
Who has been your greatest inspiration?
Ganesh Verma: I believe in taking inspiration from everyone I meet. As Moogle has taken exceptional projects since its foundation, we remain dedicated to lead the organizations into a more progressive and prosperous future.
The Moogle-lites have been privileged to play an incredible role, while working on automated solutions and I am more inspired than ever by our work in the healthcare industry.
What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?
Ganesh Verma: You can only start growing when you make it a habit to learn from what went wrong in the first place! We made sure that it never happens with our valuable clients as they don’t believe in giving a second chance.
I believe nothing dilutes your apology and credibility more than having to report a bigger issue in the second communication.
What if you say- ‘Hey, we messed up 15 orders, and this week it were actually 15.
Boom! Credibility gone!
I have learned that giving detailed information on what works better is driven by telling your team what is the end objective. Then trust your team to figure out what to do, how to do and give them all possible assistance on it.
If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Ganesh Verma: An entrepreneur is not the one who always takes risks, instead they know how to manage them. A newbie who plans well to manage the risks always stands tall compared to the rest of the competitors.
It is imperative to lose so that one can explore the best possible ways to eventually win in their field and never look back.
From a newcomer in any industry to a successful entrepreneur, it is imperative to understand the customer’s needs correctly, build a good team, and craft a solution to delightfully meet the client’s needs.
Does your company help the community or society?
Ganesh Verma: Yes, we are actively involved in numerous environmental safety campaigns, women empowerment campaigns, and many more.
Also, during this challenging time of the pandemic, we conducted vaccination programs at our office premises.
