Gharjyot Singh is a CEO of Cerebrum Infotech. He graduated in technology and computer sciences, followed by experience as a senior software consultant, which significantly shaped his career.

With being a CEO, Gharjyot Singh is a technology enthusiast. He like to explore new places and am a wise team player and bookworm.

Gharjyot Singh has had the privilege to work with some of the most established titans in our industry, such as Mr. RP Singh (CEO, Seasia). Throughout his journey, he picked up the technical skills required to deliver quality work in the industry.

With Cerebrum, Gharjyot Singh embarked on a new phase which turned out to be one of the most extraordinary parts of his entrepreneurial journey.

Cerebrum Infotech is a software and application development company. With Cerebrum, his goal has been to outrun the industry with creative and innovative solutions keeping in mind the generation’s core needs- and he is proud to say we are a success.

Please tell us a little about your entrepreneurial journey.

Gharjyot Singh: I have always been an entrepreneur at heart, working on creative and unique ideas to measure what results can be achieved. With Cerebrum, I received yet another chance to deliver what I have to offer with my technical skills. 

What service(s) or product(s) do you offer at Cerebrum Infotech?

Gharjyot Singh: Cerebrum Infotech is a software product and application development company founded in 2004. We also provide our services in cloud computing, DevOps, web app, iOS, Android, Java, and Dot Net development (and others).

Cerebrum seasoned developers have built brilliant products to solve businesses’ day-to-day problems. CereKart (online ordering system), CereDeliver (on-demand pickup and delivery), CereRides (ride and rental app solution), and others.

What is unique about Cerebrum Infotech?

Gharjyot Singh: We promote a learning work environment and give priority to including freshers in our team. We prepare future experienced developers.

Aside from this, we take pride in delivering honest feedback to clients when they first approach us; we do not rob them only because they are naïve.

Since the day I started working professionally with Seasia Infotech, my passion for innovative technologies grew a great deal making me choose this type of business. 

What was your mission at the outset?

Gharjyot Singh: To assist businesses, whether small or large scale, with smart and innovative solutions that are reliable and flexible.

What’s your company’s goals?

Gharjyot Singh: We want to elevate software and application development industry outcome expectations. We want to become a trustworthy, reliable, and first-choice for users.

What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?

Gharjyot Singh: No business is perfect. All of us make mistakes, but how we overcome them matters the most. Do we learn and adapt from our obstacles or remain stuck in the past?

I have learned to be more optimistic and daring about any problem I may encounter. Also, I take time to develop my team’s motivation, invest in a growth trajectory and be more flexible.

What was the inspiration behind turning an entrepreneur?

Gharjyot Singh: Being an entrepreneur is quite a ride. I have always loved challenges; I am of the view that they are necessary for personal growth.

From an early age, I had the jest to be a business person, and working among like-minded people further pushed me in the right direction.

I hustled to become an entrepreneur with an ambition to deliver quality service and develop extraordinary solutions.

Key things to consider before starting a startup?

• Built a reliable and trustworthy team
• Be open to criticism
• Ensure to look after legal documentation
• Do extensive market research and always have a dependable mentor by your side.

What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?

Gharjyot Singh: Mistakes are a part of life, but I am of belief to never repeat my mistakes. I make sure to work on my mistakes so that they can never mess up my work. Also, I have learned that giving proper information to your employees reduces the chances of possible wreckage.

Your success tips for young and aspiring entrepreneurs

• Ensure to do thorough market research to know what is the right path,
• Challenge yourself with new tasks,
• Build a network of reliable and trustworthy persons,
• Have financial knowledge and work on your savings habit,
• Believe in yourself and your team, and
• Take risks to know what works better.
