Hardik Shah: Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd is a well-known name in the information technology industry.
We provide services in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM/ERP, and digital transformation, product engineering, rich internet application, custom mobile app development, SaaS, cloud development & adoption, validation & verification, and much more to our 200+ satisfied customers around the world.
Our main focus is on business application and architecture development, as well as delivering solutions and assisting customers on their digital transformation path.
Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded and is led by myself (Mr. Hardik Shah). I began with PSSPL two decades ago, and today it has since grown to incredible heights of success and recognition.
We specialize in developing safe, flexible, long-lasting, and feature-rich user interfaces that scale with complexity.

How did you come up with the idea for this business?
Hardik Shah: There can be no success without adversity. My father was a businessman, and I had seen him work really hard to attain his objectives.
I had longed to be like my father since I was a child. I began working for my objectives with the same zeal and determination.
My desire to work in computers and software while the rest of the Prakash Group focused on chemicals and pharmaceuticals drove me.
I’d always wanted to start my own business and build my own personality, but not in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. PSSPL came forth as a result of my dream and hard efforts.
How does your business set itself out from the competition?
Hardik Shah: Customer satisfaction is important to us at Prakash, and we strive to attain it in all we do. We offer a multi-faceted spectrum of services spanning web, mobile, and analytics solutions across corporate disciplines, with the firm belief that “The Sky is the Limit.”
Our main focus is on business application and architecture development, as well as delivering solutions and assisting customers on their digital transformation path.

Hardik Shah: We have a strength of 200 plus employees. PSSPL has an in-house staff of highly qualified and dedicated employees. Prakash Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading software development company in USA.
What kind of customer service do you provide to address your clients’ concerns?
Hardik Shah: Our customer service team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How satisfied are your customers, in your opinion? What steps do you take to meet the requirements of your customers?
Hardik Shah: We consider excellent customer service to be one of the most significant factors in the development of our brand.
Our consumers have always admired us and have been loyal to us for a long time as a result of our excellent customer service.
Customer service has also been proven to be the most influential component in a customer’s level of trust in a company.
We have always been there for our customers from the beginning till the completion of the project to assist them whenever they need. Even if the job is finished and our customer requires assistance, we have helped them.
