Jitu Bhaskar, CEO, and head of global sales of SemiDot Infotech and an alumnus of the university of Bedfordshire with a Master of Science.

He worked as a Database administrator in several companies before starting as an entrepreneur. For many years, Jitu took out extra time from his job to learn and read more about development, and under the guidance of his 2 mates and experience, they started SemiDot InfoTech.

Jitu believe this is one of the best decisions that they took and will continue to serve the industry with their best.

Please tell us a little about your entrepreneurial journey

Jitu Bhaskar: My entrepreneurial journey started in 2011 with the launch of SemiDot Infotech. With a great vision in our mind, we did extensive research on the market to keep up with the market standards, with the success of our first solutions many companies approached us.

Initial development was going smoothly until covid hit the world. Due to covid, all industries faced a lot of problems, and we were also taken aback.

But, with the help of our experienced and dedicated team, we didn’t let the pace die down, Now, we have come through the time and serving our global clients better than ever.

What service(s) or product(s) do you offer?

Jitu Bhaskar: We offer website development services, mobile app development services, cross-platform development services, web application development services, NFT Marketplace development services, blockchain development services, on-Demand Solutions like food delivery app, grocery delivery app, taxi app, hotel management app, classified app and many more..

We offer top-notch solutions built on the latest technologies. As a company, we always make our solutions according to the requirement of the client and meet the deadlines the before said. We offer a variety of services for small, medium to big companies.

What is unique about your label brand?

Jitu Bhaskar: Well, we always offer services client-oriented. Our team always works hard and passionately to provide and satisfy the needs of the customer.

Also, we always keep ourselves with new market technologies and standards so that we can provide the best customer experience with the finest solution.

What made you choose this type of business?

Jitu Bhaskar: From an early age, new changes and reforms attracted me. Growing up, I realized that there is a digital future ahead of us, and technological advancement is bringing this change through new software, apps, and other solutions.

I decided to be a part of it for which is I along with my 2 mates decided to start and embrace this journey.

What was your mission at the outset?

Jitu Bhaskar: When 2011 we started this company, we started with a mission to provide people with the latest technology and reliable Solutions.

Our mission is to keep updating ourselves with the market values and be in globally renowned top rated software development company.

How many employees in your organization?

Jitu Bhaskar: We are continuously growing, currently, we are a team of 100+ employees and we are cumulative our employees as per the growth of our business.

What’s your company’s goals?

Jitu Bhaskar: From the establishment of SemiDot Infotech to this day, we have had only one goal to provide the best services to our customers and to be known as the top software development company.

What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?

Jitu Bhaskar: One of the major issues we faced as a company to reach our first client, it took us a few months to reach our first client.

But, with the help of target marketing campaigns and social media promotion by our team, we reached our first client. For whom we developed “Vitloker”, which was a huge success.

What was the inspiration behind turning an entrepreneur

Jitu Bhaskar: While working in London, I saw the problems people face to outsource software development work. We started the “SemiDot Infotech” to help people with reliable and prompt solutions.

Over the years, we have successfully established ourselves with these services in the market and have a loyal global customer base.

Key things to consider before starting a startup?

Jitu Bhaskar: Before embarking on a journey, you have to always understand the requirements of the market, your corresponding experience, technical skills, and a team to provide your customer with- time and the best service.

What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?

Jitu Bhaskar: From my point of view the success of ‘SemiDot Infotech’ has made us realize that whatever has come across our path, every uneven time has embarked as great learning in our journey and made us be at where we are.

Your success tips for young and aspiring entrepreneurs

Jitu Bhaskar: For young and aspiring entrepreneurs, I will just say that take your business, and don’t let any opportunity go even small opportunities can give us big outcomes.

Another piece of advice for all the young aspirants will be to keep your expenses less and efforts more. Every extra expense will reduce your profit margin.
