Kaivan Shah: Aarya 24KT began its journey at a time when the world was facing economic challenges. Our family, with a rich background in diamond manufacturing and exports, saw an opportunity amidst this adversity. In 2009, we decided to venture into the luxury gifting and decorative items industry.

We noticed that while there were many options available in silver and gold, there was a gap for products crafted from 24kt gold foil. This sparked our vision to introduce a new category of exquisite items. Our goal wasn’t just to enter the market; it was to redefine it.

Kaivan Shah: The reason we started Aarya24KT wasn’t just to make another thing to buy. We wanted to make a brand that stands for luxury, quality, and new ideas. We didn’t just want to sell products; we wanted to offer our customers something special, like a piece of art or a sign of luxury, all made from 24kt gold.At the beginning, we only had four designs.

These designs were about religion and decorating homes. Each product we make at Aarya24KT is made with a lot of care, using pure 24kt gold foil. This was something new and interesting to our customers.

Kaivan Shah: People didn’t know much about gold foil products: Our idea of making things from pure 24kt gold foil was new. We had to tell people about it and make them interested.Stores were unsure about selling our products: Stores didn’t want to sell something new and different.

They weren’t sure if customers would want it or if it would sell well.People weren’t used to the idea of giving gold foil gifts: It was strange for people to think about giving gifts made from gold foil. We had to help them see why it’s special and worth giving.

To overcome these challenges, we did a few things:

  • We did a lot of marketing: We ran ads and went to events to tell people about our products.
  • We made sure our products were good quality: We promised that our products wouldn’t tarnish and offered to buy them back if customers weren’t happy.
  • We came up with new ways for stores to sell our products: We made special areas in stores just for our products, so stores didn’t have to take a big risk to sell them.
  • We taught people about our products: We explained why our products are special and why they’re worth buying.
  • We made more types of products: We made different designs so more people would like our products.
  • Because of these things, we were able to overcome the challenges and become a well-known brand in the luxury gift market. Our story shows that we care about making good things and making our customers happy.
