Mrs. Kamakshi Nagar: My journey in the organic food industry began with a personal health crisis that led me to seek out healthier alternatives. This experience ignited a passion for providing others with access to farm fresh, organic produce.

Inspired by my family’s agricultural heritage and a desire to make a positive impact, we took over Farmery with the vision of connecting consumers directly with farmers and promoting sustainable food practices. We are not fully organic but we are majorly into Farm fresh products.

How does Farmery’s farm-to-fork ethos set it apart from other food brands?

Mrs. Kamakshi Nagar:  Farmery’s farm-to-fork ethos distinguishes us from other brands by ensuring a direct connection between farmers and consumers. We eliminate intermediaries, preserving the freshness and quality of our products. This approach also supports local farmers and reduces the carbon footprint associated with food transportation.

How do you ensure that customers have a seamless experience when purchasing fresh, organic food through Farmery?

Mrs. Kamakshi Nagar:  We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our user-friendly platform, convenient delivery options, and personalized customer service are key factors in ensuring customer satisfaction.

We also maintain open communication with our customers, keeping them informed about product availability, promotions, and any updates.

What challenges did you face while establishing Farmery, and how did you overcome them?

Mrs. Kamakshi Nagar: One of the primary challenges we faced was building trust and awareness among consumers about the benefits of fresh, authentic, pure & organic food. We overcame this by focusing on education and providing transparent information about our products and sourcing practices.

Mrs. Kamakshi Nagar:  Farmery’s future is bright, and we have ambitious plans to expand our reach and impact. We aim to become a leading player in the organic food market in India, offering a wider range of products and services.

We envision expanding our operations to more cities and regions, partnering with local farmers and communities to promote sustainable agriculture.

Additionally, we plan to invest in technology and innovation to enhance the customer experience and improve our operational efficiency. Our goal is to make Farmery a household name synonymous with fresh, organic and sustainable food.
