India, March 2025: Kapture CX, leading Gen AI powered Customer Experience platform , announces the appointment of Devika Rajeev as the Head of HR. With around 13 years of experience in human resources, Devika brings deep expertise in performance management, rewards, and talent management.
Having worked across both multinational corporations and start-ups, she has successfully led People & Culture functions during critical growth phases.
Notably, in her previous role at Sattva Consulting, she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s headcount by three times while implementing impactful HR strategies.
Devika has held key positions at Wipro, Heidrick & Struggles, and Ola, where she gained valuable experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a strong organizational culture.
An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and also has a B.A. (Hons) in Mathematics from Delhi University.
In her new role at Kapture CX, Devika will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and strengthening talent acquisition and retention efforts.
She will play a key role in shaping a dynamic and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. Her leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
