Karan Bhangay: I began my career in the media and customer service sectors, where I gained a deep understanding of consumer needs and the importance of exceptional service.
After COVID, I noticed a shift in consumer behavior, with people increasingly prioritizing convenience and personalized experiences.
Requests for high-end products and exclusive amenities started pouring in via WhatsApp, sparking the idea to launch Indulge.
By combining my insights and expertise, I saw an opportunity to create a platform that not only delivered luxury but redefined it through convenience and customization.
What inspired you to start the brand, particularly focusing on the luxury industry?
Karan Bhangay: After COVID, I noticed a shift in consumer behavior, with people increasingly willing to invest in high-end products and meaningful experiences. This created a growing demand for upscale concierge services.
I recognised an opportunity to offer a service that would give users effortless access to premium goods and exclusive experiences from around the world, all from the comfort of their homes.
That’s when I founded Indulge—to bridge this gap and redefine how luxury is experienced and delivered.
Could you describe Indulge’s unique selling proposition (USP) within your industry?
Karan Bhangay: Indulge is based on three pillars: personalization, convenience, and technology. We use technology to anticipate our clients’ wants and provide customized experiences, in contrast to typical luxury services.
Even the most unusual requirements can be precisely fulfilled thanks to our extensive network of luxury brands and service partners.
Our ability to blend exclusivity and accessibility makes premium goods and experiences more accessible without sacrificing privacy or quality, which is what makes us unique.
