India-made BS6 ES 300h launched at Rs 51.9 lakh by Lexus India
Lexus, the luxury unit of Japan’s largest automobile company and automaker, Toyota, on Friday introduced its first “Make in India” car ES-300H. The carmaker has assembled it in India. Its price starts at Rs 51.9 lakh. Lexus ES 300h car has been developed as per BS-6 standards.
The company has started production of this luxury sedan at its Bengaluru-based plant and expected to be delivered in the market from February.
The company informed that the price of ES-300h luxury is Rs 56.95 lakhs and the price of the Lexus ES-300H Rs 51.9 lakhs in Delhi showroom. Apart from this, the company has also introduced two more products NX-300H F Sport, and LC-500H Coupe. Whose prices start from Rs 54.9 lakh and Rs 1.96 crore respectively.
The initiative is significant for the company and for its presence in the country said Masakazu Yoshimura, Chairman, Lexus India.
