L&T and ideaForge announce their partnership to make drones for defence usage

L&T signed with Idea Forge to make drones for defence usage

Indian multinational conglomerate company Larsen & Toubro Limited, L&T Limited to build drones for armies and security forces. For this, the Infra sector company has tied up with Drones, Quadcopters, and UAV manufacturer’s Idea Forge. Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly manufacture drones and associated systems for the defense sector.

J. D Patil, Senior Executive Vice President L&T said that “Larsen & Toubro Limited and ideaForge…have entered into an MoU to provide drones and allied systems for defence use. The MoU involves products, deployment, collaboration on technology, and go-to-market strategies Patil added.

Both companies will also offer anti-drone solutions to counter the threat of unintended drones usage. It will unlock unmanned systems potential in surveillance, security, and protection solutions.
