Here this is a simple and easy version of super delicious Pasta. I prepared this recipe specially for students and beginners.
I tried to make it as easy as possible. I just tried to make white sauce pasta and red sauce pasta with less efforts and material.
It can be said that this is a very delicious stomach feeling meal for not only youngster but for all age groups.
Lets make this combo of Red sauce pasta and white sauce pasta means Pasta for Beginners tonight. Yes you can make it at any time you want. Enjoy cooking.

Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes
Serves 2 person
Ingredients to make White Sauce Pasta:
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni (raw)
- ( I took sooji macaroni)
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon oil for macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon refined flour/maida
- 1 cup warm milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flacks
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 to 2 cube grated cheese
Ingredients for Red Sauce Pasta:
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni (raw)
- (I took sooji macaroni
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon oil for macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flacks
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cube grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketch up
- 1 tablespoon chili tomato sauce
Method to make Pasta for beginners:
For White Sauce Pasta:
- Heat 1 1/4 cup water to boiling temperature. Add some salt and oil to it and at the time water is boiling properly add macaroni to it.
- Let it cook properly. Make sure it is not over cooked.
- When cooked remove and drain it. Pour some tap water over it and soak in normal tap water if you need some time for preparing white sauce.
- Heat butter in a pan and add maida to it. Cook it till light brown, it will release pleasant aroma.
- Now its time to add warm milk to it. Add it occasionally and stir continually. You can use whisk to make smooth paste. Add whole cup of milk step by step.
- Let it cook till thicken. When smooth paste is ready add salt, black pepper powder, chili flacks, oregano and grated cheese.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stir it occasionally.
- Now its time to add boiled macaroni. ( If you have put it in tap water strain it properly before adding to white sauce.)
- Again cook for 2 to 3 minutes and transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with chili flacks and oregano. No need to bake it.
- Our super rich, super delicious and easy to make White Sauce Pasta is ready to serve.
For Red Sauce Pasta:
- Heat 1 1/4 cup water to boiling temperature. Add some salt and oil to it and at the time water is boiling properly add macaroni to it. Let it cook properly. Make sure it is not over cooked.
- When cooked remove and drain it. Pour some tap water over it and soak in normal tap water if you need some time for preparing white sauce.
- In a sauce pan add butter and when it melts add boiled macaroni to it. Add salt, black pepper, chili flacks and oregano to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes at slow flame.
- At the same time in an another bowl mix mayonnaise, tomato ketch up and red chili sauce. Mix well and add to pasta.
- Mix well and cook for some time.
- Now its time to transfer it to serving bowl. Garnish with grated cheese, chili flacks and oregano. No need to back.
- Hot and delicious Red Sauce Pasta is ready to serve.
