Manju Yagnik: After studying at Kurukshetra University, I joined Nahar Group and gained experience in all aspects of development. This hands-on work nurtured my entrepreneurial spirit and showed me real estate’s impact on communities.
I am associated with NAREDCO to help the industry grow through advocacy and policy work. Now, as Vice Chairperson of Nahar Group, I guide our strategic vision, and as senior VP of NAREDCO-Maharashtra, I align business goals with sustainable urban development, believing in real estate’s power to create a better future.
How do you see the current landscape of the real estate industry in Maharashtra, and what are the key challenges and opportunities it faces?
Manju Yagnik: Maharashtra’s real estate industry is set for big growth, driven by a strong economy and progressive policies. There are challenges, but the opportunities are huge, especially with the increasing demand for quality housing.
Developers who prioritize innovation, sustainability, and customer needs will do well. The state’s real estate market is ready for inclusive development that improves living standards. With a clear vision and commitment to excellence, the sector can unlock great potential and create a brighter future.

By partnering with government agencies, we develop strong infrastructure policies that open up new areas for growth statewide. These efforts will boost housing supply, attract investment, create jobs, and improve living standards.
