He instigated a movement against cast-based reservation in India. He established an organization named Country First Foundation.

He was born on 13th November 1951 in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. He was born in a business-oriented family.

They operated coalmines. Before becoming motivational speaker, in his early years, he worked as a franchise operator, a car washer & a life insurance agent.
