An interview with Mrinaal Mittal, Director of Unity Group, Real Estate Developer

Mrinaal Mittal, the Director of Unity Group, embodies innovation and leadership in the realm of real estate development. With a rich background in business strategy and a keen eye for market trends, Mr. Mittal has propelled Unity Group to the forefront of the industry.

His visionary approach and commitment to excellence have not only transformed projects but also inspired teams to reach new heights of success.

Could you elaborate on your role in expanding Unity’s presence across North India and overseeing Delhi’s largest luxury projects?

Mrinaal Mittal: Both management and expansion call for a multifaceted, tactical strategy. I have overseen our luxury project in the centre of Delhi and participated in the Unity footprint enhancement effort. In order to determine possible areas for growth, we have carried out in-depth market research, accounting for factors such as regional rivalry, infrastructural development, population increase, and economic growth.

We have focused particularly on our pricing points, exclusive discounts, and incentives like flexible payment plans or extra facilities to draw clients in new areas and our current domain. As a company that values ethics, Unity makes sure to stay up to date on local laws, zoning ordinances, and government policies pertaining to real estate development in each area.

This ensures that we are in compliance with all legal requirements and have the permits and approvals required for each project.

How do you leverage technology, AI, social media, and digital marketing strategies to enhance Unity’s equity and performance?

Mrinaal Mittal: The Unity Group’s performance and equity have been greatly improved by technology, artificial intelligence, social media, and digital marketing techniques. To forecast demand and analyse market trends, we have integrated AI-powered tools and algorithms.

Accurate analysis of enormous volumes of data has produced insightful information that helps us make important decisions.

We have used social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to highlight our properties and brand as a whole. For quite some time, there has been a trend of generating user-generated content, targeting advertising campaigns, and producing visually appealing material in order to increase brand visibility.

In order to effectively handle leads, monitor interactions with prospective customers, and cultivate connections throughout the sales cycle, we have installed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

What inspired your vision of embracing technology as an aspiration rather than an intimidation factor, and how do you advocate for its positive impact on India’s future?

Mrinaal Mittal: I believe that technology plays a significant role in socioeconomic development because it fosters innovation, creates jobs, and gives individuals a sense of personal and collective agency. Access to technology can help reduce the digital divide, empower marginalised groups, and foster economic growth and prosperity.

It can promote environmental sustainability by enabling energy-efficient solutions, optimising resource utilisation, and reducing carbon footprints.

Adopting technology requires ongoing education and adaptation, which promotes advancement on both a personal and professional level.

In a continuously changing digital landscape, individuals and organizations may prosper by learning new skills and remaining up to date with technology innovations. Technology has the power to democratize access to opportunities and information, empower people, and encourage diversity.

Through granting equal access to healthcare, education, and employment opportunities, technology has the potential to foster a society that is more inclusive and egalitarian.

In what ways do you see real estate and infrastructure as linchpins of India’s economic growth, and how do you contribute to catalyzing this transformation?

Mrinaal Mittal: Projects related to real estate and infrastructure are important sources of both international and domestic investment money. Investment in these areas boosts demand for ancillary industries and increases employment prospects in addition to promoting economic activity, all of which contribute to the expansion of the economy as a whole.

Urbanization in India is intrinsically related to real estate development, especially in the housing industry. There is an increasing need for institutional, commercial, and residential areas as a result of the fast urbanization process. Providing for this need not only creates jobs but also stimulates the economy by building infrastructure and offering ancillary services.

These industries employ millions of people, from engineers and construction workers to property managers and urban planners, increasing household earnings and consumption. Strong real estate and infrastructure sectors diversify the economy and promote economic resilience and stability.

Even in unpredictable or volatile economic times, investments in these areas offer a strong basis for long-term economic growth.

With your academic background in Computer Science and an MBA, how do you integrate your expertise into driving India towards a technologically empowered future through real estate and infrastructure projects?

Mrinaal Mittal: My education has equipped me with the knowledge and abilities to use machine learning and data analytics to forecast demand, assess market trends, and make the best decisions possible.

Studying computer science facilitates the creation and application of clever solutions for urban development projects that increase resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.

Examples of these solutions include digital platforms for property management and applications for augmented and virtual reality (AR) and VR that visualize properties. I have also made an effort to use my abilities to real estate projects in order to maximize resource management, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency.

On the other hand, an MBA program educates you to constantly focus on developing a powerful marketing and brand-building plan. It helps people comprehend how to successfully target potential customers, increase brand recognition, and boost sales in the cutthroat real estate industry.

In conclusion, Mrinaal Mittal’s tenure as Director of Unity Group exemplifies a fusion of foresight, dedication, and ingenuity. Under his stewardship, Unity Group continues to redefine benchmarks in real estate development, setting new standards of excellence.

With his unwavering focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, Mr. Mittal ensures that Unity Group remains a trailblazer in the industry, poised for even greater achievements in the future.
