Can you share the story behind founding Motiaz? What inspired you to enter the real estate sector, and what challenges did you face in the early days?
Mukul Bansal: In 1995, Mr. Pawan Bansal founded Motiaz with the inspiration from his grandfather Shri Moti Ram and his dedication to creating communities through trusted relationships. Mr. Pawan decided to take on the challenges of developing homes in the Tricity area of Punjab through real estate.
Motiaz started with a few homes and through continuous work and commitment now has built over seventy homes.
The Company has experienced several challenges along the way, including the transition from land trading to large scale residential developments and with that came many unforeseen obstacles caused by an uncertain financial environment and regulatory issues.
Motiaz has delivered landmark projects like Royal Green Estate and Krish City. What sets Motiaz apart from competitors in the real estate market?
Mukul Bansal: State-of-the-art developments such as Motiaz Royale Estate and Motiaz Royal Citi are prime examples of the premium lifestyle that Motiaz provides.
