Namit Bajoria is a self-made and one of the most successful entrepreneurs in India. He is the founder of and director of Kutchina Home Makers Pvt Ltd , the leading kitchen appliance company in India. Namit Bajoria was born in a typical Marwadi family.
His family runs a business of chemical manufacturing. After completion of his graduation, he didn’t join chemical business, because he desired to start something on his own and he started taking small steps towards his entrepreneurial journey.
Before starting his own venture, Namit worked in few companies like telecommunication and CA firms as a marketing executive to get some experience.
Namit borrowed Rs 1.30 lakh from his father to start his own business and start fax machine. However, he did not run the photocopy agency business for long as the commission margin was not good.

He is the master of innovative ideas for small businesses and famous for his creative and innovative business ideas. He visited an exhibition held in Germany; here he got information about auto-clean kitchen chimney.
Namit identified the future of kitchen chimney market in India. He knew that how nuisance was our household chimney, that needed cleaning frequently.
Then he started importing auto-clean chimney from Germany, China, Vietnam, Japan, and other countries. In 2003, he is shifting the business from the import model to manufacturing model.
Namit was always keen on studying the Indian market, and this habit helped him survive the hardest of times.
He took risks with different home and kitchen appliances to keep the business afloat. In 2000, he saw the demand for kitchen chimneys and modular kitchens rising in India.
Entrepreneurial Journey of Namit Bajoria
In 2003, Namit Bajoria founded Kutchina Home Makers Pvt Ltd to become a one-stop shop for kitchen solutions specifically designed for Indian kitchens.
For the first time introduced the auto-clean technology in kitchen chimney for making contemporary Indian cooking, a lifestyle experience. At present, Namit has generated more than Rs 300 crore in revenue.
Auto-clean chimney’s demand blew the Indian market, as kitchen chimneys are necessary for Indian cooking.
At that time, most of kitchen chimneys designed for European-style cooking and imported from Europe. And, this wasn’t solving Indian kitchen’s problem.
He realised Indians need auto clean chimneys to avoid the hassle of washing filters, which many other big brands, like Elica, Hindware, Sunflame Bella, Fabre, Bosch, GLEN had introduced in the market.
Today, Kutchina Homes is one of the trusted and reliable brands in India, which is offering complete kitchen solutions. From small kitchen tool to large home appliances, RO, Mixer Grinder, Chimney, Hobs, Modular Kitchen, it has everything under one roof.
Namit Bajoria has a rich marketing experience that resulting “Kutchina” a modular kitchen and kitchen chimneny name in the Indian kitchen industry.
Today Kutchina has more than 50 distributors, 25 branches, 245+ dealers and more than 2000 employee all over India.
Currently, Kutchina has a turn of 250 crores and focusing on ‘MAKE IN INDIA’ and contributing to the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative. 75% of smaller appliances of Kutchina Homes are made in India.
Kutchina competes with the likes of Eureka Forbes, Kent in RO and Bajaj in the small appliances category. He is aiming for an IPO in the next 5 years to open up retail stores across India
