Interview with Nishant Sharma, Entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of Yashu Accessories LLP
Nishant Sharma was born in small town Tundla Distt Firozabad. He completed his Bachelor’s degree from Anand Engineering College Agra.
His family hails from the city of Tundla in Uttar Pradesh. Having a business culture in the family, his Brother, Prashant Sharma, and his uncle Dharmendra Sharma, had vast experience in the Mobile Industry market.
With an interest in family business, Nishant started to help his uncle and Brother with the brand Yashu Accessories.
Thereafter, he worked in several companies with job roles of Trainer, Trainer Manger, Marketing Manager, Area sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and then finally became the CEO of YashuAccessories LLP in the year 2020 with product range of mobile accessories.
Please tell us a little about your entrepreneurial journey
Nishant Sharma: I started working very early in life. My Goal was very clear to start my own business. I started my journey as an entrepreneur by opening a small retail shop, which were selling mobile accessories.
Consistently doing this for few years, I Started understanding the market well and sharpened my skills.
In 2020, I started YashuAccessories on a small scale.
With my persistence, persuasion and determination, I boosted this business to a new level and managed to expand it at pan India level.
Currently, I look over the marketing, brand positioning, e-commerce, sales, and distribution of YashuAccessories.
I started promoting the brand on social media and discovered our potential online target market. I made the decision to launch YashuAccessories as a luxury consumer electronics brand with the guidance of my family.
Kindly brief us about your company, its specialization, and the services that it offers
Nishant Sharma: Our brand YashuAccessories is a newly launched consumer electronics brand that offers users design-centric, high-quality mobile accessories at an affordable prices.
We have 15+ products in 10 different categories, including earphones, earbuds, headphones, neckbands, speakers, data cables, power banks, USB drives, etc.
YashuAccessories products are carefully designed to offer a stylish, yet bold appearance that complements the convenience of everyone using them.
Customers get the best of everything with these products, as they have a premium appearance, are distinctive, and are of the highest possible quality.
Other than the core founding team, we have around 20 sales representatives, includes 05 designers, 10 sales managers.
What is your biggest USP
Nishant Sharma: From a product perspective, the superior quality & attractive design of our products happens to be our biggest USPs.- Our products always stand up to our promise of bringing to our customers -something that’s premium, easy to use , stylish, and yet affordable.
When it comes to operations, I think our distribution chain is one of our biggest strengths. We have a strong knowledge of and hold on the distribution network, which helps us distribute our products throughout the country, which makes our products easily available.
What made you choose this type of business?
Nishant Sharma: Since there was business culture in my family which is mainly in to mobile accessories i preferred to go for this business.
What was your mission and vision at the outset?
Nishant Sharma: My short-term goal was is to increase the brand’s Perception and take it to higher level over the next three years.
At Yashu Accessories we wanted to be a one-stop destination for all the tech needs of our customers. For a long term vision, we wanted to make YashuAccessories an affordable consumer electronics brand which is recognized and trusted globally.
What is your Leadership Mantra
Nishant Sharma: To keep clear visions of your goal, be consistent and persistent don’t let your efforts down until your dream comes true.
What’s your company’s goals?
Nishant Sharma: We are targeting revenue of 100 crore in the next financial year, while expanding our offline distribution to every state in India by April 2024.
At Yashu Accessories we look forward the e-commerce industry after establishing ourselves across the country. However, our focus will always continued to be on the offline sales channel.
What was the inspiration behind turning an entrepreneur
Nishant Sharma: As mentioned earlier my aim is of starting my own business Further to this, my family, especially my brother, has been a great example for me towards my journey.
As a businessman, he is well verse of understanding his target audience very well. He also taught me the value of building, maintaining, and leveraging my relations with people for growth.
I learnt lot from him & brought YashuAccessories to a great position using this skill. His teachings have always inspired me, and I wanted to replicate the same in my nature.
What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Nishant Sharma: My entrepreneurial journey has just begun before 2 years I feel like I’ve been learning new things since the day I started. It will always be a continuous learning process for me.

Nishant Sharma: Understanding of the market, focus towards products prices and policy.
If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Nishant Sharma: Don’t become carrier of thought of others, be your own creator.
