Duo of Sparkle: Parishri Jewellery’s Paridhi Patodia and Shrishti Agarwal Speak

Paridhi Patodia and Shrishti Agarwal, founder of Parishri Jewellery

An Exclusive Interview with Paridhi Patodia and Shrishti Agarwal, founder of Parishri Jewellery, A homegrown Indian Jewellery brand based in Jaipur

In Jaipur’s vibrant lanes, Paridhi Patodia and Shrishti Agarwal founded Parishri Jewellery, blending timeless Indian craftsmanship with modern flair. This interview uncovers their journey building a homegrown brand, design inspirations, and empowering women through ethical, heritage-rich jewels.

What inspired you both to co-found Parishri Jewellery, and how did your individual backgrounds complement each other?

Parishri was founded from a shared vision to create jewellery that celebrates Indian craftsmanship while speaking to the modern woman.

Shrishti comes from a design background with a strong eye for detailing, form, and storytelling through jewellery, while Paridhi brings in her business expertise, strategy, and operational understanding.

From the very beginning, our strengths complemented each other naturally—Shrishti shaped the creative and product direction, while Paridhi structured the business, sourcing, and growth.

This balance between design sensibility and commercial strategy helped Parishri evolve into a brand that is both artistic and scalable.

As Parishri celebrates five years, what has been the most emotionally rewarding moment for you both?

The most rewarding part has been seeing Parishri become part of people’s personal journeys—whether it’s a bride choosing us for her wedding, a woman celebrating herself, or customers returning to us year after year.

Emotionally, watching our idea grow into a trusted brand with loyal artisans, customers, and partners has been incredibly fulfilling. These five years reflect not just growth, but relationships we’ve built along the way.

How do you blend traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics in your collections?

At Parishri, tradition is our foundation and modernity is our expression. We work closely with skilled artisans to preserve age-old techniques, but reinterpret them with lighter forms, versatile silhouettes, and contemporary styling.

Shrishti focuses on ensuring every design feels wearable and relevant today, while still holding the soul of Indian craftsmanship. The result is jewellery that feels timeless, elegant, and easy to integrate into modern wardrobes.

Starting Parishri in the competitive Indian luxury jewellery market, what were the biggest early hurdles, and how did you overcome them together?

One of the biggest challenges was building credibility and maintaining consistent quality while managing production timelines and costs. Entering a crowded market required patience and clarity.

We overcame these hurdles by staying deeply involved in every aspect—from design and sourcing to customer experience. Our complementary roles helped us make balanced decisions, ensuring creativity never compromised practicality and vice versa.

How has the brand expanded, and what key milestone are you most proud of?

Parishri’s growth has been organic—through online platforms, curated pop-ups, collaborations, and increasing visibility with stylists and creators. Each step helped us refine our positioning and connect with a wider audience.

A milestone we’re most proud of is building a loyal customer base that trusts Parishri for quality, design, and experience. Being recognised as a contemporary Indian jewellery brand with strong design identity is truly rewarding.

As women entrepreneurs, how do you navigate supply chain complexities or scaling production while maintaining quality?

Quality is central to everything we do. Scaling requires structured systems, long-term artisan relationships, and continuous monitoring. Paridhi ensures operational discipline and sourcing transparency, while Shrishti oversees design consistency and finishing.

Together, we focus on sustainable growth—expanding without compromising craftsmanship, ethics, or customer satisfaction.

With trends like personalised and stackable jewellery rising, how is Parishri adapting to younger buyers?

Younger customers look for individuality, versatility, and everyday luxury. Parishri is evolving with collections that encourage layering, mixing, and personal styling.

We are also strengthening our digital storytelling and engagement to connect with a generation that values authenticity, design, and emotional connection with brands.

What advice would you give to aspiring women founders in the fashion and jewellery space?

Have clarity about your vision and remain patient with growth. Learn every part of your business—design, production, finance, and customer experience.

Trust yourself, stay adaptable, and build a strong support system. Challenges are inevitable, but consistency and belief in your purpose will help you move forward.

As you look ahead to the next five years, how do you envision Parishri evolving?

In the coming years, we see Parishri expanding in design depth, production capability, and global presence. We aim to introduce refined collections, strengthen international reach, and build deeper emotional connections with our customers.

At its core, Parishri will continue celebrating Indian craftsmanship with a modern voice—creating jewellery that feels meaningful, elegant, and globally relevant.

Paridhi Patodia and Shrishti Agarwal embody Parishri’s sparkle—rooted in Jaipur’s legacy yet globally poised. “Jewellery is storytelling,” they share. Their story inspires: homegrown dreams can shine worldwide. Discover Parishri for pieces that celebrate Indian artistry.
