An Exclusive Interview with Mr. Prasuk Jain, founder of Prasuk Jain Hospitality
Mr. Prasuk Jain, founder of Prasuk Jain Hospitality, shares his inspiring journey of transforming passion into a thriving luxury hospitality brand.
In this interview, he discusses his vision, commitment to excellence, and the art of creating unforgettable guest experiences.
What inspired you to enter the hospitality industry and establish Prasuk Jain Hospitality?
Prasuk Jain: My journey into hospitality started with a simple idea: India needed more spaces where people could come together, celebrate, and genuinely have fun. I’ve always loved creating experiences that make people happy, and that’s what drew me here.
For me, it’s never just about food or entertainment; it’s about creating places where people can connect, laugh, and make memories.
From Snow World, India’s first indoor snow park, to The Game Palacio and Amazonia, every step has been about turning that belief into real experiences people can enjoy.
Bringing all my ventures together under Prasuk Jain Hospitality felt like the natural next step, a way to focus on creating memorable moments in a consistent, meaningful way.
How does Prasuk Jain Hospitality differentiate itself in the competitive hospitality and Entertainment market?
Prasuk Jain: At Prasuk Jain Hospitality, we like to work at the intersection of entertainment, dining, and leisure. What makes us different is that we try to blend all three in a way that feels natural, creating spaces where people can have fun, feel relaxed, and enjoy a little luxury at the same time.
Every brand we’ve built is about an experience, not just a concept. From gaming at The Game Palacio, to stepping into Snow World’s snow-filled wonderland, or enjoying a meal at Amazonia, we want every visit to feel memorable.
We pay attention to the little details, focus on consistency, and always think about how our guests feel. That’s what makes us stand out in a busy market. It’s about creating moments people remember, not just places they visit.
What were the initial challenges you faced while setting up your first property?
Prasuk Jain: When we launched Snow World in 2012, it was a completely new idea for India: an indoor snow park in the middle of Mumbai. The challenges weren’t just technical; it was about convincing people that something like this could actually exist in a tropical city.
Being a completely new concept, we had to build credibility from scratch, train staff who had never worked in such an environment, and create an experience that felt authentic.
Funding was another hurdle, and starting from a greenfield meant we had to plan every little detail ourselves. But it taught us the importance of patience, precision, and making sure every guest truly felt transported into a winter wonderland.
When we later introduced The Game Palacio, the challenge shifted. This wasn’t just entertainment it was about redefining what luxury gaming could feel like.
We had to balance fine dining with high-energy gaming, design a space that appealed to families, professionals, and social groups alike, and train a team to deliver consistently high service.
Convincing customers that this was a different kind of experience took time, and we learned to communicate the vision clearly and consistently.
Both Snow World and The Game Palacio pushed us to think differently; one tested our ability to innovate, the other our ability to elevate and together they became the foundation for how we approach every venture at Prasuk Jain Hospitality today.
What unique features or services define your properties?
Prasuk Jain: Every Prasuk Jain Hospitality property is designed to do more than just serve food or entertain, it’s about creating moments that stay with people. At The Game Palacio, guests don’t just dine; they laugh, compete, and celebrate together, making memories that last.
Amazonia BKC is like stepping into a tropical world, where every detail from the greenery to the flavors makes you forget the city outside and just enjoy the moment.
Snow World brings the magic of winter to a tropical city at -10°C, letting children and families experience wonder and joy in a way they’ve never imagined.
The Game Ranch and The Game Superpark turn play into adventure, offering social entertainment hubs where friends and families connect, celebrate, and create stories together.
Leo’s in Juhu combines warmth and elegance, making every meal feel special, while Koa and Verde immerse guests in themed experiences where design, music, and cuisine tell a story.
Across all our spaces, the heart of what we do is simple we focus on ambiance, storytelling, and service so that every visit feels alive, personal, and unforgettable, leaving people with memories that linger long after they’ve left.
In your opinion, what trends will shape hospitality over the next decade?
Prasuk Jain: I feel the future of hospitality is really about creating experience-driven spaces, places that are more than just food or a stay. People want to connect, have fun, and feel something meaningful when they visit.
That’s why I see a rise in social entertainment hubs, where dining, leisure, and lifestyle come together naturally. It’s about giving people spaces to relax, celebrate, and make memories with friends and family.
Of course, sustainability, technology, and design will be important, but at the core, it’s always about crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression.
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs in hospitality and entertainment?
Prasuk Jain: To aspiring entrepreneurs in the hospitality and entertainment industry, my advice is to approach this field with a clear, strategic mindset, treating it as a serious business rather than a pursuit driven solely by passion, excitement, or the allure of fame.
While the industry is undeniably vibrant and rewarding, it’s also one of the most challenging and competitive landscapes globally, particularly in a market like India, where new restaurants and venues are opening at an unprecedented pace.
To succeed, you must bring something truly unique to the table a differentiating factor that sets you apart. First and foremost, focus on building a strong business foundation. Cost management is critical in hospitality; it can make or break your venture.
Pay meticulous attention to getting the numbers right, sourcing quality ingredients, optimizing operations, and controlling expenses without compromising on the experience. A disciplined approach to finances will give you the stability to innovate and grow.
Next, prioritize ideation and authenticity. Create concepts that resonate deeply, not just with local audiences but with the potential to represent India on a global stage. Look to iconic brands like Zuma or Nobu for inspiration.
Success comes from delivering something extraordinary that reflects a unique identity. Craft experiences that tell a story, blending exceptional food, ambiance, and service to create lasting emotional connections with your guests.
It’s also essential to evolve continuously. Stay curious, observe global trends, and adapt to shifting consumer preferences. Inspiration can come from anywhere: a small-town café, a cultural tradition, or a bold new idea.
Surround yourself with a team that shares your vision and brings creativity and dedication to every detail. Finally, shift your focus from seeking fame to building a legacy.
Aim to create a brand that not only thrives locally but also showcases India’s creativity and hospitality to the world. Passion is important, but it’s the combination of a sharp business mindset, relentless focus, and a commitment to excellence that will turn your vision into reality.
Embrace the challenges, stay disciplined, and let your work speak for itself—because in hospitality, true success lies in creating something meaningful that endures.
Driven by innovation and warmth, Prasuk Jain continues to redefine hospitality, setting new standards of elegance and personalized service.
