Preeti Phuskele is a woman entrepreneur. She is the founder of of Pinacolish & Concord Talent Hunt, leading HR consulting solution provider in Pune, Maharashtra. Let’s learn more about her inspirational journey and his advice for our growing community!

Tell us a little about yourself

Preeti Phuskele is a known name for hiring of critical technical positions of engineering and
automation companies under her brand “Concord Talent Hunt”.

After completing Masters in Business Economics Preeti was a professor in MBA College in Pune. She has edited many books and contributed many articles on Economics and Finance. Her edited books are available in worldwide libraries.

Journey of a Professor turning a business women wasn’t easy with untimely death of husband and responsibility of two very small kids without any financial and family support.

Establishing herself as recruitment consultant for niche and highly technical positions wasn’t easy for a professor entering into corporate world with no network and connection with HR Mangers.

Working more than 18 hours a day and continuous learning has helped Preeti in gaining reputation and name for “Concord Talent Hunt”.

To cope of with unanticipated challenges in market, she upgraded her skillset by pursuing course from IIM K. She ventured into overseas people outsourcing and digital marketing with start-up named “Pinacolish”.

Pinacolish is committed to help women entrepreneurs, strategies their businesses and coping up with challenges regarding marketing, brand building and statutory requirements.

How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Preeti Phuskele: Pinacolish is conceived to address need of outsourcing companies in India due to challenges in the working conditions across the globe.

Pinacolish is dealing with hiring challenges due to Covid -19. Due to travel restrictions Global companies are looking for off shore project deliveries from India.

Having resource working from India without having their own offices in India is the biggest Challenge for Global IT Sector. Mobility of staff is also drastically reduced considering pandemic and challenges at personal front.

What service(s) or product(s) do you offer?

Preeti Phuskele: Pinacolish caters both these services with skilled resources. The Client is still responsible to manage the persons and the work which they will be completing.

The software developers are hired based on their technological skillset as per client’s preferences.

Using IT staff augmentation services provide a one-window solution to companies who might require application development across diverse technology verticals. Pinacolish will also be diversifying in field of Market Research and Digital Marketing.

What made you choose this type of business?

Preeti Phuskele: Industry scenario is changed over the years. Now companies look for staffing partners and outsourcing who are committee for early deliveries in dedicated manner.

Thought there was emergence of some big players and MNC’s in the sector during the last one decade, with few companies also gathering themselves in centralized Shared service centers; staffing partners are still counted for early and quality hiring specially for R and D centers.

How do you build a successful customer base?

Preeti Phuskele: Dynamic market expects entrepreneurs to be adaptable to technological changes in the organizations to survive.

We keep improving the internal process and most of our processes are technological advanced. Pinacolish is planning to use AI in internal recruitment process, which will be later offered to clients.

What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?

Preeti Phuskele: ‘No network’, was the main challenged faced in this business. Competition with unethical companies is the other challenge. Every business faces some challenges and these challenges makes a leader strong.
