Puneet Bansal: Inspired by the goal to provide luxurious and scientifically proven products, I co-founded Suroskie to bridge the gap between luxury and effective skincare. Our distinctive formulas target a range of skin types and are designed to deliver noticeable, long-lasting effects.

Can you tell us about the journey of establishing Suroskie as an online-based skincare brand?

Puneet Bansal: Building a successful online brand takes time, dedication, and constant learning. Suroskie’s journey likely involved refining its approach based on market response, customer feedback, and industry trends.

Focus on building customer trust by offering high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and valuable content. We started from a small basement doing all the packing with our own hands and now we are here. It’s all because of your love, that we reached here.

How do you ensure that Suroskie’s products are both effective and safe for a wide range of skin types?

Puneet Bansal: Our mission is to provide beauty that is both effective and indulgent. We are dedicated to making products based on science and great formulations, simplifying the complexities of effective skincare.

Formulate products for every skin type with high-performance ingredients. We believe in – Simplicity, affordability, authenticity, quality, and transparency.

With the abundance of skincare brands in the market, how do you maintain a competitive edge and stand out to consumers?

Puneet Bansal: Our ingredients and product range make us stand alone in such a competitive market. Our ingredients are specially sourced from Germany. All our products have been getting huge love from the public.

All credit goes to our product range, which is completely different from what is available and gives instant, visible results to the user.

In what ways does Suroskie engage with its customers and gather feedback to continually improve its products?

Puneet Bansal: Suroskie uses a variety of ways to communicate with its clients, such as email newsletters, customer care hotlines, and social networking sites. They also keep an eye on user evaluations and ratings on both their own platforms and e-commerce websites.

Suroskie ensures that its goods continuously adapt to match the demands and preferences of its customers by analyzing this input to identify trends and areas for development. Suroskie can be aware of market developments and client satisfaction thanks to its all-encompassing strategy.

As a co-founder, what have been some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in building Suroskie, and how have you overcome them?

Puneet Bansal: Suroskie started by importing color cosmetics from China, which required lots of legal work, which was a hassle. Then, starting the skincare journey, finding the right manufacturer to trust with products was the most difficult task.

We met more than 500 manufacturers all over India before launching our range. Maintaining adherence to legal requirements and making adjustments to changing trends will also be essential for long-term success in this dynamic environment.

What are your plans for the future of Suroskie? Are there any new product lines or initiatives in the works?

Puneet Bansal: Yes, we have recently introduced our new range of hair care products such as Shampoos, Serum with SPF, Hair Glass Mask and Scalp scrubs. These products are efficient and effectively show results after first use only.

What are your success tips for young and aspiring entrepreneurs?

Puneet Bansal: Focus on authenticity and customer satisfaction. Building a brand is not just about products; it’s about creating a genuine connection with your customers. Listen to their needs, deliver quality, and be transparent. Building trust is the foundation for long-term success in the beauty industry.
