I started as an Associate consultant and crafted the pavement to start my journey as an entrepreneur.
As an entrepreneur, I have built a portfolio from helping traditional businesses upgrade to growing technology.
I have implemented advanced integration of modern cloud technology to boost sales and optimize the company’s overall revenue.
I have a supporting family helping to be strong and grounded. I am a family man and like to spend free time at home watching my little daughter grow.
Please tell us a little about your entrepreneurial journey
Rahul Mathur: In the initial phase of my journey for almost five years, I worked at different IT companies and agencies, gaining core IT experience in responsible positions before starting Arka Softwares.
Being an entrepreneur, I have experienced a transition phase in business operations and infrastructure. I started Arka softwares in 2010, which was just after the recession phase in the USA, UK, and other countries.
Though It was a challenging time for IT industries to grow, I confronted certain challenges in introducing novel technologies with traditional business methods for improving sales and company growth.
Well, it was an exciting journey that provided multiple learnings for life.
What service(s) or product(s) do you offer at Arka Softwares?

Eventually, we offer a robust platform assisting companies in integrating conventional business with modern technology. The concept helps boost businesses and keenly monitor business progress.
Our core concept is to support the business to upgrade the operation with advanced technology integration, eventually boosting the market value and overall revenue.
What is unique about your Arka brand?
Rahul Mathur: Our approach to client satisfaction and dedication to work according to their requirement is a unique aspect of our company that makes us stand out in the crowd. We implement a stepwise process and set up the project in multiple phases.
There is a set time limit for each phase of application development, keenly monitoring the work’s progress.
We are highly disciplined in our deadlines and procedures to acquire the planned outcome. We implement best practices to achieve client satisfaction by thoroughly understanding the client’s requirements while starting the project phase.
What made you choose this type of business?
Rahul Mathur: I was a core IT person right from the beginning of my studies. While pursuing my MCA, I thought about integrating technology with the business procedure to increase revenue and resources.
Initially working in an IT firm, I explored the business idea with a practical approach and projected the upcoming advancement of technology. Hence, it made me recognize the importance of technical consultancy and services.
Starting the business after the recession took some time to establish, yet I gained a pace with ongoing experience and ultimate team support. Yet, I still aim to outgrow many advanced ideas to transform modern business infrastructures with novel technology.
What was your mission at the outset?
Rahul Mathur: In 2010, in the initial phase of Arka solutions, we were focused on providing mobile app development services and innovatively designed software to investors and entrepreneurs.
We build our competencies with top-notch discipline for client satisfaction, work, quality, deadline, commitment, and client requirements.
Although the mission is not changed, yes upgraded with growing technology and quality assurance to serve our clients in a better way.
Currently, we focus on offering the latest and most compatible technologies according to the business requirement. Today we offer the best IT solutions to solve the complicated business issues of the client.
How many employees are in Arka Softwares?
Rahul Mathur: Arka solution works with 120+ employees in our organization. We have an experienced and expert team of app developers, software developers, designers, SEO analysts, Project Managers, QA, testing experts, research and development experts etc.
Everyone in the team plays their part in any project and works with ultimate synchronization to develop the project.
Our team is quite serious about deadlines and tries hard to deliver unique, efficient, and excellent work to our clients, and their satisfaction is our main aim.
What are your company’s goals?
Rahul Mathur: Recently Arka Solutions has completed over 600+ projects successfully. This success with every project and satisfied clientele base is a great accomplishment for the Arka group.
It is the combined efforts of the competent team of Arka with a simple Philosophy to ensure customer satisfaction.
The company goals are too simple to maintain customer satisfaction and introduce the latest technology and business solution according to the requirements and expectations.
We aim for our company to be recognized among the top IT companies of the world, known for its higher working standards and deeper working ethics.
What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Rahul Mathur: Apart from starting the business just after the recession phase, the pandemic was the biggest challenge for the company.
While there was a lot of panic in the beginning, things got streamlined with our ultimate USP technology.
Initially, transforming the ongoing business operations was quite challenging, but things went streamlined and synchronized afterward.
We paced up our projects by connecting to digital mediums. The biggest learning from this is that nothing can stop you other than you. When you aim to move forward with your goal, your mind builds the progressive pavements for you.
What was the inspiration behind turning an entrepreneur?
Rahul Mathur: My work is my biggest inspiration, as I have a habit of working continuously. Turning into an entrepreneur was a challenge once we thought of it in mind. When we move forward, the ideas are built continuously in mind.
In my initial phase of working as an employee, I was bound to implement set ideas and not try or experiment with the novel approach for improvement. It was a turning point in my life that motivated me to work for myself.
I am a working person and do not worry about outcomes. Hence working on my own, I have the charge to deal with the failures and rectify them, turning them into bigger successes.
My approach to the business world by my choice of education and experience was the practical turning point to becoming an entrepreneur.
Key things to consider before starting a start-up?
Rahul Mathur: Start-ups are a novel face of business. While starting a start-up company, key aspects are the market situation, current, and expected demand, budgeting, operation layout, etc.
In any business, there are two major aspects, the initial year budget for work which defines the business growth in a fixed time.
Also, the layout of the operation defines the business’s efficiency in handling the ups and downs of the market. Understanding the niche market defines the perspective of the project and profits in the business.
What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?
Rahul Mathur: I do not consider anything a mistake in my life. Although I can say all ups and downs have been great learning for me, I have no belief in regretting any situation. I am successful today; it is a bonus for my positive and progressive approach to life.
Considering changing something, I would have planned to start the company with more investment and a team.
Well, starting just after the recession phase in IT was a great challenge for me in 2010. But yes, with technology’s intermittent nature, the company gained its pace frequently.
Your success tips for young and aspiring entrepreneurs
Rahul Mathur: There is no shortcut to success in the world of business. Hence you must start and experience each phase of the business. Each phase trains you to perform better in the next stage.
While starting any business today, planning is the most important part. Plan everything, examining all the challenges and situations. Moreover, start with the lowest step, and avoid trying to jump directly to the highest stages.
